I do not get it. Yes I have 4 felonies from qhen I was really young an everyone likes to hold that against me. You know I really wanted to qork there so today I went to the job fair an was told I can work somewhere else but not here. You I really liked the fact that you guys are really big on family so am i. My step kids are not my step kids there my kids I get to watch them grow up. My nephew watched his mom pass away at 5 years old an me an my wife have full custody of him he isn't just my nephew he is my kid also. I try so hard to show my kids what a good man is an that he helps provides for his family but it's people like you guys that say your about family that judge people an do not even try or even see what they have been threw.

Arrived 2130 for 2200 appointment. Got dock door right away, started being loaded little while after docking. Got loaded around 2300, then proceeded to be completely unloaded because of a “mistake”. Didn’t start getting loaded again till 2330, didn’t get out till like 0030. Would’ve been fine if that mistake didn’t happen, but it did, and it ruined what little of my night I had left to ruin.

On Feb. 14, 2021 I opened 4 boxes of Jiffy Mix, 2 Apple Cinnamon ( sell by 9/12/21 - C 02563B) and 2 Raspberry Mixes (sell by 4/25/21 - C 0116B) added 1 egg, I looked down at the mix and saw 20 bugs crawling around in the mix. So disgusting. My grandchildren were discussed and disappointed.That should not be happening. If I didn't look we wouldn't have seen them until afterThe bread was cooked ( yuck). Extra spots in the bread. They were big enough to see. LOOK OUT PEOPLE!

WORST PLACE TO LOAD. Been here for hours loaded and no one at the shipper window to give us the paperwork to leave.KEEPING US HOSTAGE HERE WASTING TIME AND HOURS TO MAKE THEIR DELIVERY with their product. The paperwork sitting on a table and when we ask for them fork lift operator kicks out out of the building and tell us to wait outside and still waiting. no respect for drivers at this place 11/1/23

Call me crazy but I made sure on a trip from Colorado that I hit the Jiffy tour. I loved it as I’m into going to random interesting places. They got the coolest gear and the tour ain’t half bad!

I have hold couple loades for these guys they are professional in there jobs1- check in2-open your slide your tandem back to the door3- wait for the light to get green and you good to go all that is going to take around 30-60 min

What a super fun tour! The kids didn't mind the video and the tour was fun. We got gift bags and was able to purchase more. We got a variety pack and was not disappointed 😍. Our tour guide was upbeat and informational.

Amazing Staff and great products . The facility here is very well maintained and some of the most respectful people I've ever met in my life

Visiting Ann Arbor and wanted to take in a show. I took my two daughters and it is great they have a student rate. That is a great benefit. The theater is very nice not a bad seat in the house. I enjoyed the show and would return when I am in town. Always great to see love theater.

We couldn't have seen a better play anywhere! The entire staff is always amazing to us volunteers, especially Kelly today, the house manager. The equity actors are just the best! The stage is in an intimate area, with not a bad seat in the house. You must catch a play here at the Purple Rose Theater.

I recently had the pleasure of attending a Preview performance of Diva Royal at the Purple Rose Theater, written and directed by Jeff Daniels. I took my mother, and we both had a wonderful time. We lost my father only a couple months ago so just like Jeff said "We needed a laugh".The show is a hilarious and heartwarming comedy. The cast is superb, and Daniels' direction is spot-on.While the show may seem to be tailored to older women, I assure you that it is enjoyable for audiences of all ages and genders. The humor is universal, and the characters are relatable.I was particularly impressed by the Q&A session with Jeff Daniels after the show. He was gracious and insightful, and he shared some great stories about his career.Overall, I highly recommend Diva Royal. It is a well-written, well-acted, and well-directed show that will leave you laughing and feeling good.PS I hope you enjoy the photos I took before and after the show. I understand the rules about video and photography, so I made sure to only take pictures when the show wasn't in progress.

Usually the performances are exceptional, today was no exception even though there was multiple prompts for support on dialogue. Pretty unusual but not overall distracting ( kinda).

We go to this theatre about four or five times a year. The venue is a nice quaint size. Every seat in the house is a good seat. I have never seen a bad play or been disappointed. We usually make it an outing with a group of friends or family. No photo taking is allowed. The plays are shown for a period of time with several options, so you can usually make a reservation without any problem. Larger groups you would want to check immediately, though. It's easy to get your tickets online, pick your seats, and pick them up at will call the day of the play. I recommend you see a play, have dinner at the Common Grill, and enjoy.

The Purple Rose is a small theater with seating on 3 sides. You are sitting next to the stage for the first row of seats. All seats are great seats. The actresses and actors are very professional and bring you into the play/story. Great place.

We saw the play Diva Royale, and it was spectacular!! What a cleverly performed play. The actors were wonderful and made the time fly by. This is a theater in the round, and the actors did not have any props at all. But even so, you knew exactly what they were doing and wanted you to understand. Overall, it was an excellent performance and one that we tremendously enjoyed. I highly recommend the Purple Rose Theater and Diva Royale!!!

Amazing experience! Ordered the tickets in advance, very cooperative about helping us change to more favorable seats and easy pickup at the window. Great play, quite intense / intimate with the actors at floor level with no barriers between them and the seats, even coming down the aisles at times between the sections. No bad seat in the house. Just an awesome time and we will certainly be coming back!

Great night out! They do require a mask and a vaccine card right now and are limiting the amount of people in the theater. Always a great place for a night out!

Have been here twice and really enjoyed both experiences. Fabulous acting in an intimate theater where you do really feel like you’re part of the production. Seems like ‘pickleball’ is nearing the end of its run, but if you get the chance to see it—go!

What a gem! Another great night of entertainment! We are so grateful to have this theatre in our "neck of the woods." We try to attend a show at least once a season and have often said we should become season ticket holders. Perhaps, as we become empty nesters that might come to fruition. If you've never been, you need to treat yourself to this unique small theatre experience. We highly recommend it.

I’ve always wanted to attend a show at the Purple Rose and with my wife being a Pickleball club President we finally found an excuse to go. The new Pickleball show was a hoot. Funny, charming and very well written. The messages and themes will resonate with every fan of Pickleball. Great performances by the entire cast. Might be a little lost if you don’t know the game but the theatre atmosphere would make up for it. If I could give one tip. I’ve never sat so close to a stage. Try and get a front row seat.

My wife and I were going to go to Firekeepers casino to celebrate our 37th Wedding anniversary. We wanted to do something else but couldn't come up with anything. We live in Monroe Michigan. U of M had just beaten Ohio State in AnnArbor. We decided to bypass that and went up through Manchester to get to I-94 in Chelsea. On our way to Chelsea we were getting hungry so she found a real good barbecue place. She looked up the address and it was in Chelsea Pennsylvania. I told her we needed something closer. She foundSmokehouse 52 in Chelsea Michigan. After Dinner we seen people going into the Purple Rose. We had not been there in several years. My wife went in to see if any tickets were left. We were able to get 2nd row seats. The show was Diva Royale by Jeff Daniels.A excellent comedy that we highly recommend. It was the perfect night for our anniversary. I new it was meant to be when the guy said his name was Heinrich. My name is Hendric. Thanks for a wonderful night.

Small, intimate theater. Not a bad seat in the house, and tickets are incredibly reasonable, especially for live entertainment. The show was hilarious! We totally enjoyed ourselves and plan on buying tickets for the next production.

My husband treated us with tickets for this show for our anniversary. We had been wanting to go to the theater for a long time and just hadn't, I am so glad it was this show we got to enjoy. It was a delight! The play being done in the round made it that much better.We have agreed to go and another wonderful evening.

Had an awesome time here! We both enjoyed Diva Royale and are already looking forward to the next show. The layout is more intimate, at least for the show we attended. The viewers surrounded the stage and it was a funny, interactive experience.

Not a bad place, not a great place either; I guess it really depends on what you are looking for.The best feature of the this park has to be the hiking. There are many nice trails that are small and large and some that are open or out in the woods. The trails are good for biking as well.The camping is another strong attribute to this place. There are two campgrounds right in the area; one being a little bit more spacious than the other. From what I was researching, there is a rustic campround in the area as well, but when I went to visit, it was closed.The roads leading into the park can get quite rough. I ran into a massive pot hole and I'm thankful to have not gotten a flat tire.The Beach area is quite underwhelming as well. Both the beach and swimming area is very small. Also, from what I observed, none of the campsites are located on the beachfront. So driving to the beach may be your best bet.Overall, not the best recreational area for swimming. Hiking and biking seem to be this park's strong suit.

This place has large mostly grassy sites in the modern campground. There is information on trees and wildlife posted around. Lots of good playground activities instead of simple swings and slides. There are tree trunk carvings and the most lovely Lending Library I've ever seen. The bathrooms and showers are clean. Whatever Ranger is managing this place is doing a fabulous job

Murray Lake is always a great experience. Every site has its own character and is pretty well separated from neighbors. Just don't forget your bug spray!

Gorgeous place, very clean. Most fellow campers were families. Tons of RVs.We were in the Lower Campground.There were a few loud talkers camping near us who stayed up past 11 pm, but that only bothered me bc my kid was afraid. They were actually not too bad, just had a few drinks and said a few bad words, but I was this close to going over and speaking with them because my guy was scared.Near the trail there is a play area with this (octagonal?) ball pit for gaga ball. There is also a kind of field and something else (I can't remember)...but not swings or slides or anything. Just a place to gather.Metal ring firepits for building campfires.Bathrooms had running water and showers were across the hall. There are handicapped combination bathroom plus showers.There are 4 or so parking spots in front of the big bathrooms. There are also vending machines there for drinks, snacks, and ice cream bars. Down a bit from the bathroom parking is a water spigot for dishwashing and I guess dousing water.The well water in the bathrooms smells okay, but we brought water.They restocked the bathrooms often and they were pretty clean with working toilets and sinks!Lots of doggos.There is a visitor guide in an RV in the upper area.The bathrooms are lot but there are dark spots. Have a light for the walk. Phones had decent service. A little spotty. I had two Zoom meetings. For the second one I had my student call me on my phone for the audio so I used less bandwidth and I kept my signal so long as I stayed up at the ice/wood station.I can't remember the voltage situation. We had no problems but also had a tent and no big appliances.Curiously few bugs or critters. But then, it was a very crowded Labor Day weekend.Pics are from 2021 and 2023. Bishop Lake area.

Love the app Alltrials. I can find all the trails closest to me and base my hike on how much time I have. Brighton has a lot of different lenght trails.

All I can say is there was no mosquitoes! Everything else was great also. Camping is wonderful here with lots of people that contribute to the decor. Great place to plan a yearly Halloween camping trip will post more photos as the weekend goes on.

This place is a must for Annual Harvest Festival Campout! The best Halloween fun for kids. This year was our second year and we will be coming back for sure. People invest so much to prepare their campsites with Halloween decorations. There are many activities for kids. Lake Bishop is beautiful for a morning or afternoon walk. I even got to paddleboard in the morning this year it was so warm and sunny.

Nice trail, marked well for the most part. You have to walk down the road a short distance to catch back up with the trail (may have been a poor interpretation on my part 😉) Bathrooms were clean and the grounds well maintained. People were friendly on the trail.

Reviewing the Lower Campground at Bishop Lake. Choose a site on the outer loops, the interior loops are horribly cramped. There are very few trees anywhere, so even on the outer loops look at the photos to get a site with a tree. The shower house is centrally placed to be accessed by both the upper and lower campground. It is very clean and has private showers.For summer months an inflatable jump island is at the swimming beach. Super fun.I gave this campground a lower rate because the sites are small and have absolutely NO privacy. Backing a larger RV in off the narrow roadway would be difficult. Despite this, it was generally quite and peaceful and the bird watching was good!

We visited on a Tuesday at 11am and upon walking in, we were a little put off at how busy it was. There were so many field trips and any time my son would get a chance to play with something other kids would come and try to take over. It was very off putting. We decided to leave and get lunch and came back around 1. By this time the majority of the field trips kid had left and the place died down drastically. We actually got to enjoy the exhibits and learn while we played.I would recommend waiting until 1 on weekdays if you have younger kids. They have an eating area with limited vending, no real food.Overall it was a nice museum with friendly staff.

It was our first time here and our 18 month old absolutely loved it, I don't think she knew what to do with herself, which made us love it. She absolutely loved the water tables in the preschool gallery and everything in it. Which also has an infant area. She was so overjoyed by each floor, she ran through everything. I was expecting it to be a bit bigger but there was still so much to do, we had a great time. And if you've never been there, to get to floors 3&4 it's by the eating/vending machine area which is by the room with the ambulance. 🚑 enjoy yourself, we did!

Nice exhibits for children of all ages. Although kids of ages 5-6+ will enjoy the most. Ticket prices are okay, online and counter purchases are available. Parking is a bit hard around the area, though lot many public parking spaces are available. Didn’t happen to be much crowded given the long weekend.

In the heart of an already lively city, this fun, educating museum is so great. Multiple floors of so many great inventions, technology , history and so much more. Hands on stimulating exhibits that are not only teaching the kids, and the adults too lol but making it fun in the process. Its kind of tucked away there on ann street, and parking can sometimes be annoying but its all worthwhile for the kiddos. Put the phones and the tablets down and get a membership their going to want to come back for sure!

Awesome place. There are activities for all ages. I have a kid of 5 years old and 1 year old and both enjoy this museum. I bought the family membership, I am planning to come often.A good advice, Need to bring more clothes because there are water activities and are really fun.The first 2 stories are the most interesting. This is a cool museum! My 9 and 11 year old kids really liked it. There were tons of things to do. It is harder to find parking and I believe it is all paid parking. The reason I rated it 4/5 stars is that it is dirty. It is really dusty and you can tell surfaces are not wiped down. Especially high touch surfaces- it’s a little gross. I’m sure during the pandemic it was better but cleanliness is definitely lacking at this point. Kids and adults are $16 to enter. Visited on the Saturday after thanksgiving and I thought it would be crazy but it really wasn’t too crowded.

We have the family plus membership and we're using it a lot! It's nice to be able to bring guests with us. My kids, 4 and 1, both love the museum. Our top 3 favorites are the H2O, pre school area, and the ambulance. We avoided coming during special events such as winter break activities due to overcrowded visitors. We always try to come at 10, right when it opens, or later at 3pm, so it's quieter. That way the kids can explore more freely, and minimum to none waiting time.

Our daughter, who is about to turn four, loves it here! She likes the water room, the machine that lets you see your bones, muscles and nerves in motion, and the bubble cage. Highly recommend for young kids!

Great place for kids and adults a like! Very easy to find, the building itself is unique, lots of parking available with busy foot traffic. A very child friendly environment with staff that's just as friendly and informative!

We just brought our 15 month old who is new to walking, he LOVED the preschool play place on the second floor! We are excited to continue taking him as he gets bigger! In my opinion the gift shop has really cool educational toys at fairly reasonable costs, so I'll be utilizing that for birthday and holiday gifts.

I have been many times when managing camps in the past and I can say that the activity experience and guest experience has gotten even better! My daughter and I had a blast, and staff did a great job of reminding larger groups to guide their kids along politely.

Very cool and well thought out place to take kids. There was a birthday party going on when we were there, so it seemed really busy. But cool thing, they have sister location like the Wonder labs in IN.

If you have little ones and need a cool place, full of amazing learning experiences, this is it! They have so many learning opportunities and it’s so accessible for families with special needs children and even grown ups can have fun, I also love that they are partnered with other museums in the nation so if you have a membership, you can get discounted access to other hands on museums around the country. My kids absolutely loved it here!

This was a staple for me growing up! I took my oldest son and now my two toddlers who love it! We go at least 5 times a month and the preschool room entertains them the most! They also love the ambulance and STEM room! The family membership is worth it!

What a jam packed fun place! We all had a good time, some laughs and learned a few things. I love the fact that it’s an original fire station that’s been redone!

Was at the Michigan vs little brother game with my dad today. Great game. Great stadium. Go BLUE! We are gonna beat Rutgers, Nebraska, Illinois and then that team down south. Parked at the Presbyterian church about 1.25 miles away and April helped us out and was very hospitable. I hope to one day return to see the view of the stadium from the box seats. Also shout out Roman Wilson and moody!

All I can say is.. if You haven't experienced a game or event at this stadium You need too before it's too late. What an amazing experience !! "The Big House"

GO BLUE!! First time for our family visiting The Big House! We cannot wait to come back. Hubby born & raised in Dearborn moved to Illinois when he met me! We all had such an amazing experience for our first game. Prices on food were not to shabby! Seats are tight but manageable! The atmosphere the fans the whole effect so we’ll worth the trip!!!

I love this place! Beautiful to see the games sell out and looking around seeing over 100,000+ people? It’s really cool! I do wish there could be some form of cushion for the seats, but that’s really it. The food tastes and is fresh for every game. Really I have nothing bad to say even walking to the stadium it’s really cool seeing the other wolverines walking and basically taking over the road lol.

A football game at the big house is an experience like no other. The atmosphere is unmatched. This is the largest stadium in North America and the third largest stadium in the entire world, so expect packed games because they almost always have sell outs. Crowds of over 100k are common place here.

Well it was our first game at the big house. It wasn't as bad as we were told. There are washrooms everywhere...The seating is very uncomfortable. I suppose it would be if you were 5 foot tall. I'm 6'2".. I had no where to put my knees but into the back of the guy in front of me. Though I suppose it was ok as the guy behind me had his knees firmly pressed into my spine. The stadium holds 109000 though I'm betting if they changed that to 70000 you would have had more comfort. The atmosphere was amazing. Other then feeling like a sardine the whole time... it was a once in a lifetime experience.

I go to at least one game every single year and it is always an incredible experience that I can’t wait to share with my son every year.

Best stadium of any sport at any level. This stadium was meant for football. Awesome environment and the efficiency with which it handles 115,000 fans (parking, traffic, people movement, food, bathrooms, concessions, support staff, safety) is superior to any stadium - pro or college - by a long shot. The atmosphere and facilities are first rate. The fans are great. The football spirit is great. Not a bad seat in the stadium. The only criticism is that it's too crowded - well no duh, how else do you fit 115,000 fans? As a Chicagoan who travels to many different sport venues, U of M stadium is so much better than any pro-sport venue, its not even close.

This is my first time being in the big house and I have to say the people who work the lines they're the people who work in the stores they're all in a great mood everyone was in a super nice welcoming mood and I was stupid excited. Of course it was the opening day so what's not to be excited about that but just nice to be in a place where there's so many workers that were nice.

This place is awesome. Definitely would be better if they sold alcohol but i understand. O e of the greatest college football stadiums in the country. The fans around me were all good, not too crazy. Concession stands were pretty good lines weren't too long. Parking is pretty high. Paid $70, but i guess it is what it is.

Just saw the maize and blues 2022 spring scrimmage with the kids. It was a free event and I can't say how much I would recommend it. Not only the game was entertaining as always but it was additionally entertaining to hear some of the penalties and calls by the refs against the opposing sides in funny ways. The kids got to go down onto the field and meet the players and have signatures! Definitely a highlight of their spring break!

Largest stadium in the US, didn’t disappoint. Looking to watch a game with 110,000+ of your closest friends? Look no further! You’re packed in a little tight and forget leaving for food, drink or the bathroom if you’re not in an end seat, but there is no other experience like this. It was amazing, will definitely go back. I love Michigan football. Watching the games is great. But the food is not good, huge lines for men’s bathrooms and I think there are 3 drinking fountains for 110,000 people. U of M has the means to do better.

Great place to see a game, "The Game"! The Big House holds a lot of fans and the energy is out of sight! There are plenty of food choices and the bathrooms downstairs are huge! If you don't mind a little walk, you can get out of town fairly easily. Awesome experience!

Holy Moly, this stadium is large. My bucket list was fulfilled by purchasing, flying to Michigan, and watching the Wolverines host the Buckeyes and seeing who remains undefeated between two unbeaten and powerhouse teams. I have to say, I was overwhelmed with the crowd capacity, the energetic vibe despite very cold temperatures, and the overall collegiate Big Ten Football experience. I don’t know which is better, a very hyped college game or a dynamic NFL match-up game. I highly encourage true collegiate football fanatics to come experience the vibe here at the Big House when your team comes to play here, it’s unlike any other college stadium and football atmosphere.

We had so much fun at this game! They really make these games a full experience, it was really nice - once in a lifetime type of feel. We came to a college tour and I initially got scammed on tickets (my fault). During the tour I met some other parents/alumni and they blessed us with tickets they couldn't use. If you wanna come I highly recommend planning way in advance but it was such an amazing time. Getting in was easy and fast despite so many people (100K!). You can't bring bags in, but if you forget (like me) they also have a fast and easy bag check. I was impressed how they accommodated so many people. Even for bathrooms and concessions we never waited more than 1 minute in a line. Also it's extremely accessible for those in wheelchairs. 10/10 highly recommend, if you have an opportunity to go you won't regret it!

An absolute powerhouse of an experience! The sheer magnitude of this iconic stadium is awe-inspiring. I had the incredible fortune to witness many games here, and it was nothing short of electrifying. The atmosphere was charged with excitement and passion from the devoted fans. And to top it off, witnessing 'The Game' victory here was an experience I'll cherish forever (3 times in a row!). The energy was crazy, the cheers echoing through the stadium were spine-tingling, and the shared love for maize and blue among fellow supporters was awesome. The stadium's layout ensured an excellent view from wherever I was seated, and the facilities were top-notch. This stadium embodies the spirit of college football and leaves an indelible mark on anyone lucky enough to be a part of the action. A must-visit for any sports enthusiast or Michigan fan! Go Blue

Attended The Game on Nov. 25 and loved the experience. Go Blue! Great atmosphere, fans, and venue. If you’re a college football fan this venue is a must.

Great experience! This was my first visit to The Big House and it did not disappoint. They displayed the new light show and it definitely got the crowd hype!It's a nightmare trying to get through the crowd so "quick" trips to the bathroom or concessions can be daunting.Worth noting - Invest in a seat cushion. I'll be getting one with a back rest because it can become uncomfortable sitting on the bleachers after a while.

My daughter graduated from Michigan as a triple major and then got her Masters in Management from Ross. She also played in the famous Michigan Marching Band. When she graduated she was offered jobs on Wall Street, as a book editor, as an advertising executive and at Google. There are not many universities in the world that could have offered her the excellent and varied education she got from Michigan. On top of that the Saturdays in the largest stadium in the country listening to the greatest fight song ever written is a thrill no other university can offer. Go Blue!

A world renowned university and medical system on a beautiful campus that is always clean and well maintained. The campus both the university and medical campus are situated in areas where petty crime can be an issue so always be vigilant but the university has extensive campus security and campus police on patrol. It's such a great campus and a great place to work or learn.

The campus is good.But no so romantic or of highest value..The University is a center of excellence.

Go Blue, the campus is incredible and the way education is highly emphasized you can't beat the leaders and best! The campus has changed so much from the 70s.

It was my first time going to the big house and it was an absolute blast! Tailgating with my friend was fun and the game was amazing as well! If you're a huge michigan fan and have never been to the big house to see a game, I highly recommend it!

The campus us beautiful. Friendly staff and students. Lots of fun attending a football game. Parking wasn't a nightmare like we assumed, police had streets marked clearly and was directing traffic. The venu was perfect.

U of M is right in the middle of downtown Ann Arbor and so it is extremely pleasant to walk around on campus. The academic buildings are extremely nice as well, inside and out. It is a very large school so the student generally remains fairly anonymous (but if they make an effort, they can stand out) so they remain distant from the professors. The University also has tons of extracurricular activities of all kinds -- which is awesome, but does make it difficult to find time to study. Overall, it's a great place to be and offers so many opportunities, it can be an amazing incubator for professional success.

My son and I went for Saturday Morning Physics, where the discussion was about the ISS, with Q & A with NASA Astronaut Josh Cassada & Professor John Foster. Very interesting and enjoyable.Afterwards we visited UM Natural History Museum, on Campus, this rivaled any museum we have visited in the past.

Has gone way down hill since COVID. Communication is absolutely not the strong suit of any department and I am a patient with 5 departments currently. When they do finally get to you they couldn’t possibly be more rude. I miss the way things were before.

Update: the professor I had been in touch with, professor Lohmann, seems to be as unprofessional as the rest of the faculty I had the misfortune of dealing with. We had a fine zoom meeting where we discussed the program I was interested in and he’s the one that had me reach out to someone of Jennifer Alexander’s job title for further assistance as well. Lohmann was supposed to get back to me the following week and I have not heard back since. Take your money, yearning for education, and search for good mentorship somewhere else. You will not find anything of value at this institution.Awful staff, such as Rose Cory and Jennifer Alexander. I’ve tried to go about seeking help with admissions and the only help I’ve received is from an actual professor. Rose Cory works in admissions and completely blew off our zoom meeting, later contacting saying another meeting went late but couldn’t even have the courtesy to send me a message prior to our meeting letting me know she wouldn’t be there. Jennifer Alexander is just pathetic and doesn’t do the job she’s listed to do on the schools website. I doubt I will continue to give this institution any more thought for enrollment. Absolute trash faculty.

BEAUTIFUL campus. I love every second here! So many amazing activities and extra curricular activities to get involved in over 2000! The professors are fantastic here too you can EASILY tell everyone has well over 10+ years of upper level experience. The students here… INSANELY nice as an introvert I can walk up to anyone and they’re super friendly and helpful. Biggest alumni group. HUGE school spirit even on the streets people all rep UofM. It’s a whole new loving world here. Night life is everywhere with good to high end restaurants. The roads are all proper especially for Michigan weather. Alumni donates heavily to this school. The city works with UofM to help them expand.. it’s like the whole area is family it’s incredible!I legitimately can’t say a single negative and I am a commuter except I just wish I could drive less haha. So many parking structures lol it’s only a few minute walk. The M bus is accurate too.Put it like this… if you get accepted to The University of Michigan.. after doing research and or visiting campus you will be going to The University of Michigan.10/10 this is coming from someone who’s attended multiple universities including the Dearborn campus. NOTHING touches this University.

This place is really the best hospital in MI... Been there a lot, unfortunately. I'm 34 now but I had a stroke at 32, and they took real good care of me!

My experience as a student at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor has been nothing short of amazing! The campus is not only stunning but also buzzing with energy. The professors are world-class, and the wide range of academic programs ensures there's something for everyone. The resources available, from the libraries to research opportunities, are unparalleled. What truly stands out, though, is the sense of community and school spirit. This place was amazing. We went on a Monday and the indoor areas are closed on that day for maintenance so be aware, but the outside is huge and fully of interesting native plants and habitats. We especially loved the outdoor bonsai garden and the specimens were well cared for and impressive with at least one tree being over 800 years old it seems. They were so good they even impressed my 10yr old lol. Entrance was free but parking was up to $5 for the day. Good times we'll be back.

Ver crowded, not enough parking.The parking machines need to be more user friendly. We had to stand in line 10 minutes just to pay.Of course, it is a beautiful place. Not too much vegetation yet.The trails for walking & biking are awesome!.Can't wait for the Peonies at Nichols!

If you are in Ann Arbor and have time, come here! You won't regret it. First we walked along the nature trail and saw cardinals, blue jays, finches, squirrels and chipmunks, and deer. Just magical! Then we entered the gardens, which are equally as stunning. This property is immaculate and clearly well cared for. Such a great experience!

Really love this place! Very well kept and maintained. I've been going here for years (since 2010!) even though I don't live in the area any more. Extremely peaceful environment with beautiful grounds and a lovely conservatory. I really enjoy their trails as they have lovely water features (stream and pond). Highly recommend!

The kiddos and I needed to get out and thankfully a wonderful day was available, so we headed to the gardens. Our first trip was to the Sam Graham portion so we could participate in the leaf rubbing activity. I printed off the book from online and we took crayons for each kid (one book was enough to share for three young kids). I was worried about finding leaves but realized each station would have a plaque on a post, so no worries! We didn't get lost, which was also a plus :)We went back a second time for the Conservatory and it was a great escape indoors even when the weather outside wasn't cooperating. The kids found a mango tree, a baby pineapple, the chocolate bean cacao and other plants that we consume produce from.Excited to see more this summer!

Been here twice so far and I like it. Once in the spring and once in the summer. Each time it's been great to experience the different flowers of the season. Nice small botanical garden with small walking trails around the outside of the garden which can be finished in 20 minutes or less. Depends on how much you rush through. You could get through the whole botanical garden itself in about an hour or so. Nice selection of plants and nice chance to see some wildlife then strolling through the trails. Some benches are available and a couple of picnic tables as well.

Attended my nephew's wedding ceremony. It was perfect weather for an outdoor venue. Parasols were provided!Enjoyed the bonsai collection!

Matthaei Botanical Gardens in the campus of Michigan University bursts upon you, as a pleasant sprinking of nature's bounty. I visited this place in July and flowers were in full bloom.The Bonsai section caught my particular fancy. I just loved the tiny, yet mature, well groomed trees. The miniature pines are specially cute and lovely.Do visit this delightful place. It is a treat for the research scholar, as well as a nature lover.

Absolutely beautiful! I was there in the winter, so not much outside. The inside was fantastic. I can't wait to come back when it warms up. I particularly loved all the desert plants. The gift shop was nice and had a lot of cool stuff.

Made our first visit to the botanical gardens and although it was short, it was sweet. You can easily extend your trip here by taking more time to stop and smell, i mean photograph each rose so to speak. We missed out on the arboretum due to weather but plan to come back and enjoy the outdoor area when weather permits.

We loved looking at all of the plants in the arboretum. Everything was well maintained and there was a variety of plants. I especially liked the cacti and the bonsai trees.The restrooms were clean and in the store, we were able to get cold drinks and enjoy them outside while we watched several butterflies flutter by. There was plenty of parking and it was very reasonable, i believed it was $1 an hour. All of the staff we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back.

This is a cool botanical garden. We went there in early April when the weather was still a bit chilly. There was an indoor section where we spent quite sometime in, and there were plenty of exotic plants to look at. Admission to this botanical garden was free, and the staff were very friendly.

A nice place to visit if you’re interested in plants. They’ve a good collection of plants from different regions- desert to tropical. They also have a bonsai garden which is my favorite. The garden is nice for photo shoots as well as relaxing. There is no entry fee but there is a parking fee.

Great place! We loved several of the gardens and the walking trails. It's amazing that it is free to view, because that's rare these days. We spent two hours here. Be aware that there is a charge for parking in front of the conservatory, but it's only $2.20 per hour right now and simple to pay at a kiosk.The plants in the conservatory, cactus room and bonsai plant sections are awesome. A sign for a labyrinth caught our attention in the walking trails. I'm posting a photo here. If you get lost inside, just yell loudly and someone will come to help you find your way out. 😉

Fantastic experience, as always. What a gem. I especially adored the Rooting Reciprocity exhibit, this should be a permanent display and should be scaled-up to every botanical garden with important non-native plants. This was the most impactful learning experience I have EVER had regarding botany and I have a 4-year degree in Biology with a concentration in Ecology, including an International practicum...never was I probed to think so deeply, leading with HEART, about plant sources and their impact on the local community. My kids absolutely loved it too. THANK YOU!

Great hidden (and free) gem of Ann Arbor! It might be 32 outside but inside it’s a tropical wonderland. There are many huge versions of what you could only hope to grow inside your own place like a fiddle leaf fig that is as big as an oak tree and a big beautiful staghorn fern that greets you immediately as you step into the warm humid paradise.I love how most of the plants are clearly labeled.There is a cute gift shop and the staff is super nice. They told us about the outdoor trails and an exciting new beaver damn!

Great place to go year round. The outdoor area is a great place to stroll around in the summer. The bonsai tree collection is amazing to see and I love that this place is free. Just pay small parking fee. Bring all my out of town guests here.

Beautiful indoor gardens with plants from 3 or 4 different climates around the world. Outdoors gorgeous grounds to roam around & learn about the gardens, or just sit on a bench & breathe. Trails are great, so fun hiking there. Kids love it here. They have a natural huge play areas in the Children’s Gardens. Lots of learning things for them while building log cabin, playing in sand, even dirt box & kitchenware to make all kinds of fun things. There’s so much. Little mazes in the hedges! Very cool. Take it from me, I’m a nanny & I pack lunch take 7 & 3 year old kids there a lot. They Love the place. Ages 1-99 will have a wonderful time here. Plenty of shade when it’s hot too. Oh, beautiful gift shop to bring a bit of your experience there home.💖💖💖💖💖

The conservatory/botanical gardens are beautiful! They are not huge, but are impeccably maintained and stunning. I didn't have much time to explore outside, but there are trails, gardens, and a farm. Definitely worth the trip!

Great place to go see the camper and RV show. Had a good time. The only complaint I would have is at each bar area where the line was 50 ft long, they would have done much better if they just put one more helper behind the bar instead of just one person to handle hundreds...! They are there to make money and I know myself and others were discouraged from even standing in line for 30 minutes to get a beverage. But they get you either way because even the water in the pop machines was $4 a bottle! It's just so sad when we know that bottle of water only cost them like 20 cents.

Attend the LEGO fest/Brickfest here. It was a blast from the past for me! I enjoyed the life size statues of Lego! The sheer time it took to build those was mind-blowing 😳. The glow in the dark pieces was super cool as well. All the children that were there were amazed as well. I recommend this for everyone especially the children. Even if it's just to support the creativity in them and get them away from all the electronics for a bit 🤭😂. It was worth it.

Had a BLAST at Detroit’s Biggest Motorcycle Swap meet!!! For the great and affordable price of $8 a person, the hubby and I got to spend the day, (doors open from10am-4pm) walking around and buying nothing but motorcycle parts! We had to make 3 trips to the car as we bought so much stuff, for our 73’, 74’, and 80’ Ironheads! Even scored wide glide front end for only $100! 😱And I of course bought 2 Harley Davidson tshirts for the low price of $15 total! This is the BEST place to score some parts,leather, helmets,jewelry,patches and clothing and anything to do with the biker lifestyle! Especially for people that own and love vintage motorcycles. This will be a yearly outing for us definitely!

State fair was great!!! They had lots great food but certainly was not cheap by any mean. It seems that they added a couple of new rides. We definitely will come back.

BrickFest was an experience for being there for the first time. A lot of different things going on. Maybe add something centered around the adults as well that is a little more advanced. Overall, different experience.

My family's first time visiting the Collection last Saturday. It was for the home and garden show. Parking was simple, and the lady at the ticket booth was very professional and helpful. We got there for the after five for $5 entry. This was our balling on a budget week. Even though it was near closing, everyone at the show was Uber friendly to myself and my family. The setups were well placed and eye-catching. We will definitely come back.

Lipari had their 2022 Food Show called "Sea of Savings". I got to work one of the booths. They had 650 different vendors come and show their products.

I generally only go for ComicCon myself. Always a wonderful experience. Only complaint is the unsecure Internet connection inside the venue - you have to go well into the parking lot for a stable connection.

The RV show was pretty good, but they didn't have much in the way of cool items to purchase... things like fire pokers, items to cook with, etc. Drinks & food were ridiculously priced. Paid almost as much for 2 drinks as we did the entry fee for the 2 of us.

We had a Great time at the Michigan State Fair. The circus 🎪 was in town. They had something for everyone in the family to enjoy from carnival rides, games, prizes, vendors, farm animals, exotic animals, and Food Trucks! Cant wait until next time.

The event center is huge! Come early for parking, which is cash only. We visited on a Saturday morning for a State cheerleading competition. I immediately got lost when stepping inside but was quickly directed where to go. There are bathrooms everywhere and everyone is friendly.Inside the ballroom there are food vendors and concessions. Prices of concessions are a little high but to be expected. Food was good.Conference building was clean, spacious, and parking lot was easy to navigate.

Attended the Novi, MI Pet Expo Dec 8-10, 2023. A terrific venue for that. It's a beautiful place with tons of parking. They had a gymnastics competition going on in Hall A and the 3 day Pet Expo going on in Halls B and C and a football banquet upstairs. I'm sure they had other events going on as well. It's a perfect venue for small and large events.

The Suburban Collection is a huge area to hold large shows and special events. I visited the Brick Fest event this time, but have been to the home shows as well. There is a lot of space, many vendors involved and lots to see. There are usually food options to purchase when visiting. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I was able to photograph Steven and Stephanie's wedding at Suburban Collection Showplace! The Ceremony space was absolutely gorgeous, and the ballroom even more beautiful! The staff was helpful and the space was perfect!

Went for Brick Fest Live. Could not believe they out did last year with NOTHING again! Been to 3 and the last two were horrible. Same Lego models, and handfuls of Legos on tables for kids to play with. NOT keep! They only sell $99.99+ Lego sets or get the kids by card packs of Lego people. VERY expensive items. NO food. Just a beef and pickle stand, and a pretzel stand. Didn't buy pop from vendor machines. Last years was a year expired. Nice! VIP only gets the kids stickers, a pin, and an autograph/photo by the Lego Masters. That is their ONLY attraction. The Masters. Awesome people. Will I be going back in 2025? Nope! Done. Bye.

Was there for the Michigan State Fair. I was there during the day into the evening. The parking was plentiful and well organized. Would have been helpful to have more clearly marked exits. Many rides but lines were so long it became tedious with people taking cuts in line, sometimes because they couldn’t tell where it began and sometimes just rude. Not worth a fight or argument. Need better way to maintain line order. Circus was pleasant. When tightrope performers asked for people to remain seated it would have helped to have ushers or someone to pause steady stream of people coming in.Overall it’s not the Fair I remember as a kid in Detroit growing up but something to do during the Labor Day weekend. Way too crowded.

Fantastic theater!The seats are comfortable and very spacious for all weights and sizes. They're Recliner chairs and they're extremely comfortable. The seats are a type of leather so they are easy to clean, bonus!Popcorn, fountain drinks, candy, liquor, beer, pizza, nacho, yes all the above are available for your pleasure and taste buds. Great place for children to enjoy TV time away from home.The staff are nice and polite.Bathrooms could use more care.Parking is shared with other businesses around. It can be a hustle at times. I enjoy the walk, you see other businesses that are around the theater.

Invitation to the cookout secured. This is a hot spot to check out if you're in town. Comfortable seats, good service and reasonable prices. Take a date here!I recommend prepurchasing tickets and preselecting seats. There are individual recliners and also two person loveseat snuggle sofas too. 🔥

Great Cinema. I loved the reclining leather seats in the theatres. They make the experience very comfortable and luxurious feeling. Ordering the tickets online was a very smooth process. I recommend getting tickets ahead of time, it's worth it. The popcorn was great. I did not try the pizza but it honestly looked pretty good. The soft drink selection was the best part though. I'm very grateful for the inclusion of decaf co*ke!Other than that there are a bowling alley, a mall and whatever else you could ever want around here so it's overall just in a great location.

I’ve always enjoyed coming to Emagine Novi, and today I was so thoroughly impressed with their employees I wanted to leave a review. First, when refilling our popcorn, an employee upgraded our popcorn to the flavor combination… The employee actually handed my husband $2 so it would be free for us when he checked out. Such an unexpected and kind gesture! Second, my license fell out of purse and they called me within 10 minutes of the movie ending to let me know. When I retrieved it at the information desk, they seemed genuinely happy to help me. Very impressed with the caliber of employees at this establishment today. Thank you!!

This place is going down and it is such a pity because I used to love it...The company invested so much in quality services but they forgot about the most important factor, the people. I recently had an very un-pleasant experience with a Supervision-manager (Rafael) that was trying to show his authority while a woman coworker was around and unfortunate they lost a loyalty member that day...I wish them well and hope they will soon understand that great service starts with people that want and care to help bring customers not send them away ...

Everything was clean, including the washrooms. I liked how you received your snacks at one counter and paid for them at another. This keeps the servers from handling both food and money. The theatre was comfortable for the show. The seats reclined, but they were not heated in our specific theatre.

This is my first time ever to try a Cinema theater in USA and it was so special as it was my son's first time ever to be inside a Cinema, he was overwhelmed and went to the moon and back, now let us talk about the Positives and the negatives , Positives are : Customers service are pro and very polite, the place is super clean, they even have a bar with drinks and you can make your own pizza, prices are veeeeeeery affordable for a family , inside the theater wherever you will sit it will be very perfect, seats are suuuuuper comfy,and their popcorn is awesome.i highly recommend to visit and enjoy a good time with your family or with your wife.

Leather recliners make it easy for napping with none of my other kids pestering me lolDefinitely worth while to check out all of their tickets online before you attend. Nice theater! I'm used to a different Emagine location so the way the consessions were threw me off - you just get your popcorn and pay and get drinks on the side. I was also bummed there weren't heated seats at this theater! But overall a good experience. Screen was nice, seats were roomy and good sound. Theater was clean and tidy.

Went here first time yesterday and I loved the fact they have different choices for popcorn favors, also my husband liked the fact that of your order is not ready they bring it to you. The seats was comfy and the movie was perfect. We will make another trip to the show.

There is still a place in the world for malls...lots of easy parking, huge indoor space for walking, window shopping and buying cool stuff. 😎 And a BIG food court with lots of restaurants to choose from and lots of space for seating in the 5 story atrium. Definitely a fun place! ☺️

I'm used to smaller malls, so coming into this mall was a sight to behold. Very lively atmosphere, really liked the fact they had real plants around instead of some plastic bushes.

I used to visit this mall since 2012, small renovation in the kids area, the place is always clean. Unfortunately many anchor stores had closed (this is not the mall decision). Hopefully you can find new retails to fulfill those empty stores (I.e Sears)

This is one of my favorite malls in the tri-country area.One for its central location off of the major freeways.In the mall parking lot surroundings, you have a Red Lobster, McDonald's, and Chick-fil-A ( this location is always crowded so download the app to order and move along faster).This mall opens its main doors an hour before the stores open. This is great for mall walkers. This is great especially once the colder, wet, and snow begins to roll in.The reason why I love this mall so much is because it's a great affordable activity for preschool. I love to enter at the “mall main entrance “ near Macy’s Department Store. That entrance has the Puppy store. The staff is great about letting people socialize with the puppies even if you have no intention of purchasing! Bring quarters so you can feed the pups!! Its never any pressure to buy a puppy.Then further down you have Auntie Annie Pretzels and they usually have free samples! Download that app for great deals and freebies.Kiddie corner from there is the kid's play area. You can't wear shoes so remember to bring socks. It's a cool fun time for the kids. Across from this free-play structure is a small arcade. You can use cash or a card to buy a reloadable card to play games. A notable game is the claw machines! It's play until you “win”. So at least you get something every time you play!There is a “convenience store “facing this play structure. This is great if you happen to forget your beverages/snacks or like us stay way too long. Then we need a little something.On the other side of the kid's play structure are a few coin games that you can ride on. They only take quarters. I mean they are your quarters bc I've never seen them work. The kids have just as much fun crawling around on them.Across from this area, it's a really cool toy store. It reminds me of a small Toys R Us. It's a wide range of toys for all ages and every price range. We go in and usually grab something small. We also get an idea of what the kids are eyeballing for their birthday.If you walk to the food court there is a much bigger and nice coin ride on machines. At this location, they actually work. Kids still have a lot of fun if you put money into it or not.Everything I just described I do and it takes about 4-6 hours with a 2-year-old. So this is great if you want to get out and get them tired and ready for a nap. Literally perfect for a playdate.

This is by far one of the best malls there are! Easy to park and an excellent selection of stores and attractions throughout. The mall is huge and every store I shopped in had excellent customer service and great selection. Will be returning to this mall very soon!

Went here for the first time on December 1st of 2022. Compared to other malls I've been to. This place was very clean! My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time window shopping and also doing a little shopping. Many stores to browse through. Walked into a store called Spencer's and couldn't stop laughing at the selection and variety of items they had. All the shop keeps there were great to work with.Definitely a great place to spend some time going through.

This mall is one of the best malls I've ever been to they have a variety of stores ranging from cheap and expensive and everything in the middle it is just a perfect mall for really anything! The staff is always so nice and I love it so much it's a very nice small with an amazing variety of stores I highly recommend for really if you want to do anything or just walk around it's a very fun mall that has couches and has places to sit. They also have little tiny shops while you're walking around one of them is a perfume shop one of them is a phone shop and one of them is a boba shop. It's perfect and has vending machines while you walk around and an amazing food court. Highly recommended!!

I took my kid to the Mall slightly before 10am. The whole building was very clean. Kid friendly. Plenty of space for kids to roam and rest. We played at the play area, which is very well maintained. We love the unique design of it. There's a ride-on area right next to the play area. It costs $1 for a ride. Only 1/5 rides worked at our visit. We lost $3 due to not working rides. We went to the management office to report the issues and got our money back. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Love 12 Oaks mall ! A indoor mall in a northern state. What a brilliant idea. Who wants to shop at a "outside mall " when it's 17 degrees outside. Whoever designs outdoor malls in northern parts of the country should be forced to do their holiday shopping at outside "mall"

Twelve Oaks continues to be my favorite mall to shop at for over 27 years. When other malls are being met with a wrecking ball, or being transformed into storage facilities, apartments or office spaces. Twelve Oaks manages to thrive. Despite the demise of Sears and Lord & Taylor (RIP). It’s still an awesome mall. This mall has a nice Macy’s that has been renovated and expanded. A decent JCPenney and a cool Nordstrom. And other stores like Williams Sonoma, Eddie Bauer, Apple, Crate & Barrel and many other popular stores that you would find at popular regional shopping malls. Plenty of restaurants like Cheesecake Factory and a food court. If you are a visiting the Metro Detroit area, I highly recommend a stop at Twelve Oaks Mall during your visit.

Stopped by here for a quick visit while in Detroit on a business trip. This is the first time I’ve been able to return since their hangar fire in 2004, but they’ve absolutely outdone themselves rebuilding with an incredible museum and a wide array of aircraft. Incredibly friendly, inviting and knowledgeable staff were able to help me get the absolute most on my brief stop. Would highly recommend anyone in the area check it out or fly in one of their WW2 aircraft (was fortunate enough to fly in their B-17 recently as well).

We took the whole extended family. We really enjoyed ourselves and the interpreter was a wealth of knowledge. They also have a very nice gift shop as well. Parking is close to the door. If you buy tickets in advance they are discounted.

We had an amazing time at this air museum. A great mixture of hands-on learning and reading material. Awesome collection of air planes. My boys absolutely loved visiting this museum.

Nice museum about military aviation history. Kids loved the co*ckpit interactive display! You can walk it alone or have a guide walk you through. They are very knowledgeable.

Fabulous “working” museum. Book a flight experience on an actual WWII bomber or a Vietnam Huey and then tour the museum for free. A rare and unforgettable treat!

We live close to the AF Museum but we visit air museums every chance we get. This one is worth the visit! Really liked the SeaCobra, KC135 co*ckpit, the Lake Michigan crash model, aircraft landing computer simulator, and George W. Bush display. We enjoyed it, kids enjoyed it- win, win.

This was a truly exceptional experience. I am so glad we got the opportunity to attend the air show - don’t hesitate if you are thinking of attending. It willl blow you away. The staff and volunteers at the museum are top notch. Knowledge, friendly and super helpful. I love that the museum honors our history of flight and is a piece of that history as well. Bought our son a ride on the B-17 Bomber for his birthday this year, it will be end of June. Can’t wait to see how that goes. Dream come true for him. Thank you Yankee Air Museum.

What an excellent visit! We went to see our father's WWII experience B-17 and were not disappointed. The docent was informative, intelligent, professional, patient in answering questions. We totally enjoyed our visit.

An excellent museum covering the history of the Willow Run airport, its role during WWII, and the Rosie the Riveter workers and much more. You can book rides on several of the historic planes, including a Huey service helicopter. I was thrilled to be able to ride it and it was breathtakingly wonderful!

Our family visited one Sunday afternoon and we enjoyed our visit! My kids have been infatuated with all things aviation since they went to their first airshow this past summer. While my husband and I enjoyed reading all of the displays, the kids loved looking at the exhibits and especially loved the kid's area and flight simulator computers. The gift shop is full of unique items and fun things for kids. We will definitely be back and would recommend visiting to everyone.

This is a great little museum.I say little, but you have to come... They have a lot of interesting information and you can be much closer to the planes than in a bigger museum.A few of the flying machines they have are a Huey Sea Cobra helicopter, an A4 Skyhawk, an F4 Phantom II and other older aircrafts.A section is dedicated to the B24 (bomber) with life-size reconstructions. And a lot of information about the, mostly, women that built these planes.A special mention goes to Claire, who teaches you how to rivet two pieces of metal.... That you can keep afterwards... Amazing experience and Claire is fantastic... Knowledgeable, engaging, friendly... Her part of the exhibit made my day, the rest was cherry on top.During the airshow in the summer you can see some of the still-flying planes they have.If I come back to Detroit during the summer, I will come back.

Definitely a great spot to explore all things aviation. They have several planes as well as a few helicopters in the building. The exhibits are a bonus and are really interesting. The guides are very helpful and are extremely knowledgeable. It's a wonderful way to spend a Saturday.

I have not actually visitid the museum but I can attest to the quality of the airshow that they produce each year. I have been to the show several times and each time have been awarded with some terrific photos and wonderful memories. I have also spoken to Kevin and many of the airshow staff and have found them to be exceptional. Looking forward to the next show.

Accessible. Informative. Display on Rosies opens one's eyes to the major role of women in the war effort. Hats off to the Yankee Air Museum! There is an admission fee. Clean, accessible restrooms. Volunteers are happy to guide you through exhibits or just answer questions.

Flew on the B17G Yankee Lady on 10/8/2023 out of Greenville SC Downtown Airport (GMU) and it was the ride of a lifetime! Don't hesitate to do this if you can. Nice place for a hike. I did the Woods Creek rustic trail, which was easy and indeed fairly rustic compared to other trails in the area. It's all dirt, mud, and roots, so wear some decent footwear.

Wow, such a great playground. So many things to do for kids of all ages. They have an area for smaller kids and one for brighter kids. They also have adaptive (handicap) swings! Basketball courts and tennis/pickle ball courts as well. Great paths and cement for roller blading, biking and walking. They have picnic tables and a few charcoal grills close to the park for family cookouts.

There is a nice hiking/bike trail that is paved asphalt and it makes fora nice scenic and serene adventure. One of my favorite cycling routes.

Love coming here for walks throughout the 4 seasons in Michigan. Dexter is a quiet town and the staff are always welcoming. There’s a bunny in the park office named Doc now, too. Go say hi to him and pickup a map, or next year’s Park passes!

A very inviting and diverse park for activities. When the group camp ground was flooded last weekend the rangers quickly moved us to the a separate area of the family campgrounds.

Clean, no shortage of restrooms, and nice playgrounds for the kids and beautiful trails in the surrounding forest. But the best part of this Park is how great it is for fishermen, boasting pike, largemouth, smallmouth, walleye and all kinds of panfish both in the main river and all the creeks and ponds surrounding it

My go too for camping. It's so clean and nice. But, when I went on one holiday, there was dog poop all over. I had to get it up. I called and complained about it and they were very apologetic and compensated me for it. I was also out there on another holiday weekend and let me tell you. There was a group of ghetto people who stayed up all night. Kids running wild, all through our campgrounds, talking and laughing loudly. No parent supervision. Running in and out of the bathrooms. Boys in the girls restrooms. There needs to be security out enforcing the quiet time from 10-7 a few times a night. It was ridiculous. But, besides that, this is my favorite place to camp. Love the fact that they have the fire pits and picnic tables for you to enjoy too.

Very Beautiful environment! Some of the hills were hard to climb, so make sure you have the right pair of shoes or you might fall into the lake.

The playground here is amazing, it was clean and well maintained. This play ground is wheel chair friendly and it had a soft rubber padding floor, it was amazing because I didn't have to worry about my little kiddos! Unfortunately, you do have to pay a fee to enter the park. This Metro park does also have a water park! Turtle Cove was also an amazing experience!This park does have an entry fee* be sure to check the website! I suggest if you live locally buying a annual pass!

Clean, lots of space to explore in many different ways for all ages and abilities. We appreciate the rubber engineered flooring making falls less painful. Go early in the morning when it's less crowded. Bathrooms are across a large parking lot, very clean. Plentiful parking.

This place is the all time family farm! I grew up going here and my kids are growing up going here. The chocolate milk is to die for. AND the ice cream! Staff is always friendly and animals are always pleasant.

This farm is great! There are so many animals to see, and they are mostly super sweet, but remember, they are real-life animals who can get over excited and nip you if they think you have food. The store is super cute, they have the best milk, chocolate milk, and strawberry milk too! So many ice cream flavors, salsas, seasonings, baking mixes and other yummy miscellaneous pantry, fridge, and freezer items.

Great time feeding the goats, fish, and geese. Got to pet some donkeys, pony, pigs, cows, and a little lamb. Love that it's a working farm! We got to see the tractor at work, and the cows get milked. I LOVE their ice cream and milk (especially chocolate milk)! And there is usually a cat hanging out, which my kids love to pet :). Staff is friendly and helpful too. Some play equipment for the littles as well.

I have known this place since I was 7 years old. It's a great place to visit and the products made here are incredible.. The chocolate milk is better than anything you've ever had.... (No one can fight this statement). The experience for the kids and adults being at the farm feeding the animals and watching the milking process is nothing less than entertaining.... At the right times you can see ice cream being made as well as donuts and even fudge🫣.... Grabbing some incomparable stuff like milk, butter, and ice cream is better than anything you've ever had... The staff was happy to help answer questions, help make recommendations on products and made my experience there worth coming back for. 👍

My family loves going to Calder Dairy Farms. We usually go there and let my 2 year old play in the little playground area, feed the fish and ducks, have a picnic, then got see all the farm animals. My oldest is happy to watch one of the cows (Dynamite 4695) grow up. She has a picture with her when she was very young and again with her just shy of a year old.On top of that, the ice cream is amazing and everyone knows about the milk. 😍😍 I get at by my wife and kids all the time for drinking all the milk. The store my wife works at sales it, but it's not the same. It's still very good, but getting it from the farm makes it a little bit better. I'm sure we will be back again soon.

We absolutely loved going here for the Christmas lights and tour through the house. We brought our kids and they loved it too. There is quite a bit of walking through the gardens for the lights so bundle up if it's cold. Bathrooms are only at front entrance. Very clean trailer with 3 stalls. No indoor bathroom though because of the age of home. We definitely look forward to coming back to take the full tour. Would love to spend time reading and looking at everything in the house for a longer period.

I love stopping at this place when I get up into Michigan. It is such a beautiful home and has a few different tour options for the avid history lover or just a casual traveler on a fun trip. You must get your tickets in advance from their website and it looks like (at the time of this posting) a regular adult ticket was only $15. I am excited to come back around Christmas time to see the holiday tour and then also for the new winter wonder lights event. 😊 can't wait to visit again.

I had the opportunity to shoot a wedding at meadow Brooke hall this past summer.(Emma Varley Photography) This venue was absolutely breathtaking. Not only is this historical site kept beautifully it but it also is full of so many hidden treasures where couples can go get photos taken. I was absolutely amazed by this classic venue and would recommend it to any couple!

My husband and I did both the Guided House tour and the Behind The Scenes tour. I recommend doing both in that order. The House tour gives a good tour of the standard rooms of the house, along with a lot of history and information about each room. The Behind The Scenes tour guides guests to places not generally seen, like servants areas, hidden staircases, and private areas of the home. All of our tour guides were outgoing and offered up so much interesting information. Allow one hour to one and a half hours for each tour, depending on size of group and number of questions. Also, don't miss seeing the children's playhouses outside! You can go in and look around. I definitely recommend this place! So beautiful!

Went for the holiday lights show this past weekend. Very very impressive. They did a tremendous job in putting this together. All the guides were trained and knowledgeable in answering any of our groups questions. Bought tickets online and I would really recommend doing so. Very efficient and organized! Worth the price of admission!

This was incredible. The lights were amazing, and we were lucky enough to go on a warm-ish night (12/23/2021). The tickets included both outside and inside. A total wonderful perk was that they were selling hot cocoa (optionally with Bailey's!) and other yummy things on the tour route. Highly recommend, and can't wait to do again.

One of the best historical tours in Michigan! We visited at 11 am on Saturday, April 15th and our tour lasted about an hour. Only two other people besides us on the tour. Building and grounds are well taken care of, and not much has changed since my days at OU, when I last did the tour. If you go in the spring, you’ll see the daffodils and magnolia blossoming. Throughout the year, they hold numerous events, and last August we enjoyed going to the Amadeus concert, which included a self-guided tour that we missed out on due to the rain. Glad we could make up for it this year!

Went today to enjoy Art In the Elements! Wonderful day. The gardens were so beautiful & the movie theme for Art in the Elements was very clever! Lovely tour & enjoyed touring the house as well.

As a wedding photographer, I've had the privilege of visiting Meadow Brook Hall often for both photoshoots and events, and I can confidently say it is a masterpiece of a venue. The staff is incredibly nice every time and the grounds are so beautiful!

Winter Wonder Lights was a nice event, some lights were sync to music the displays were beautiful, parking if you have to park up on the hill they have a shuttle bus so be prepared if you have older people or kids with wagons ECT. The light walking path are stone and are a bit uneven I spent a lot of time watching where I walked I have bad knees that was a bit disappointed. They have concessions at the start hot chocolate and co*cktail for adults, fun light toys for purchase some snacks popcorn, chocolate cover pretzels, somores kit to roast at the fire, prices are what you would expect .You have access to a small part of the mansion with a huge replica Gingerbread house of the mansion on display. There is a gift shop with nice Christmas items. Check in is super easy we completed it all in hour and 15 minutes!

The holiday walk through was very nice. About $6 more per adult than I'd expect to pay - which adds up quickly, but still a nice self guided tour.

A true gem to visit!! We did two tours back-to-back & I'd highly recommend this option. First we went to the very first guided house tour of the day & we followed up with the guided behind-the-scenes tour. You get see the main parts of the historic house in the regular tour & then see how the house was run and how the staff got around in the behind-the-scenes tour. Just be aware that there are a lot of stairs in that tour. There was a wedding on the day we went so we couldn't do much exploring of the grounds, but we'll be back!!Update 11-24-23: We attended the Winter Wonder Lights tour & LOVED IT!! I would highly recommend it!! We went to the 8:30pm tour, which was dark enough to enjoy all the lights. It is 75% outdoors, so I would suggest bundling up or picking a warm night/evening! It's a self-guided tour, so once you're in, you can take your time & enjoy the tour at your own pace. And there are workers all around to guide you & answer questions.

One of the 4th largest homes in the US and an incredible story of hard work, luck and extravagant opulence. Want to see how the other half loved while the country was struggling through the great depression, here it is in glorious detail. Truth be told it was a fantastic journey into the lives of the uber wealthy. The lady of the house has an amazing back story and would recommend you learn more about her. Worth a visit.

There unfortunately was a charge when I came here in order to enter in just to see the gardens. Usually they are free to enter but they were holding a flower decor event in which they marketed it for adults but in reality it was far more for small and young children. It was definitely a sight to see but definitely not for me, the hall was also open and apart of the $25 charge. The main reason why it wasn't for me was because the flower exhibits they had really didn't incorporate many flowers if any at all a lot of it was just props. Which again would've been really fun for children. They also don't have expansive gardens and not nearly as focused on the gardens but more so the history of the hall, the mansion.An important side note*** if you have respiratory issues or are sensitive to mold please do take this into account when sight seeing inside of the hall/mansion.

The mall is gorgeous. I loved the huge skylight windows that seem to stretch from one side of the mall to the other. I also appreciated the wide range of shops and the friendly and helpful staff. There are some good choices in the food court and ample seating. It seems like the parking lot fills up pretty quickly on the weekend.

Large variety of high-end stores and food selections. From the big stores to the niche boutiques, spend , spend, spend. Bring a full wallet cause it will cost you. The general parking lot is free and convenient. We enjoyed the relaxed time with our 3 generation visit. From 5 months to 82 years we had a great time.

Great place for shopping. It only need a Meyer or a Kroger, a cinema theatre, a bigger and more variety food court - or technically the mixed use concept.

Somerset Collection is a destination with more than 180 specialty shops and restaurants located within the mall. It is an all inclusive shopping mall and “Somerset North” completed in 1996 is an architectural marvel..Somerset is a premium upscale shopping mall located in Troy, Michigan. The mall is anchored by department stores Nordstrom, Macy's, Neiman Marcus, and Saks Fifth Avenue. If you are just visiting metro Detroit or you live here The Somerset Collection is a must-see.

One side of the mall seems to cater the high-end customers with brand name store, and the other side feels more like a typical mall with some anchor stores (Macy’s etc.), a food court, and other stores. Such a beautiful mall! I love the layout! All the glass and water really makes you feel like you're walking under the sun! The glass ceiling and elevators made you feel like you're outside. The sky way walkway is the best way to get to the 2nd oart of the mall. We just did a quick mall walk. However, we had to tear ourselves away from the Detroit Snacks store located on the 3rd level. Can't wait to come back.

I like this mall. Great parking and security. Very good selection of stores. The High end stores are very interesting. The high end stores were packed with people buying very expensive items. I don't know if I'm ready to spend $2000 for a T-shirt or $7000 for a suit of clothes.

This is a nice shopping mall with lots of stores and a small food court on the third floor in the North side. Overall very clean and with security around. We saw some items locked up with cables inside Neiman Marcus. Not a good look but I’m sure they are probably dealing with retail theft.

Absolutely incredible and exquisite exhibits. Everything is laid out so well you can easily travel from one section to the next, with a smooth transition in-between.The cases are spaciously laid out as to not be overwhelming. This creates a good flowing atmosphere that keeps you moving and staring at the next item.There's a nice cafeteria that you can eat at, but hold on to your tickets. You'll need them to get back into the museum.The attendants are wonderful. The place is neat, tidy, and just fun. Definitely take your kids here, your wife, everyone will have something to look at here!

My family loved this walk through history. So much more than cars! We spent hours here and could have spent so much more. A must see if you ever make it to the Detroit area. Went on a Wednesday. It wasn’t overly crowded and we were able to enjoy it without feeling hampered by too many people.

This is a great place to visit! There is so much to do and see one day is certainly not enough.If you are in the area I would certainly recommend stopping by. If you want to see it all without any rush I would recommend at least 1.5 days (assuming you take one full day). Make sure to look into the membership if visiting more than one day!The museum is mostly wheelchair accessible and they also rent wheelchairs if needed.

The Henry Ford museum is definitely my favourite museum in Detroit. It displays a lot of history from the very beginning of motoring up to the present time. My favourite displays would be the United States presidents cars. Followed closely by the 1941 Allegheny Locomotive one of the largest steam powered Locomotives ever built. Very interesting to see also Henry Ford's kitchen bench engine, that's how it all started. There is so much to see in this museum not just cars. You can spend a whole day here enjoying yourself. I highly recommend a visit to this museum.

My visit to the museum was a great experience. The highlight for me was the impressive selection of cars, including those used by presidents. The exhibit showcased a diverse range of vehicles, adding a unique and fascinating dimension to the visit. The overall atmosphere and variety made it a memorable exploration into history culture.

I’ll definitely recommend to visit this museum in Detroit. It’s so huge and you can find here a lot of different things. History of United States. Progress of different directions such as railways, cars, planes, different manual productions. They also recommend factory tour and if you get museum and factory you’ll get discount. We didn’t have enough time and went through museum only. We got tickets in the spot and were not actually even planning to go there and it was Friday so I believe you can have tickets at the door any time. Enjoy and bring your kids there are a lot of interactive elements.

So much to do, so much to see. I spent about 3 hours here and still could go for many more.It's not just about Ford history itself but about the broader history of the world.A great variety of cars on display and other exhibits are worth the time and money to spend on it.I also took a short 30 minute free tour and it was great.

This was perhaps the best place that I've visited in a long time!! It was like a kid let loose in a candy shop. The place is absolutely gorgeous. The history behind every piece in that museum is insane, the lady at the front greeting once we entered the actual part of the museum was really really good. She gave a brief on what to expect and where. This place will take a full day to tour if you want to look and read everything. Maybe two. I would definitely visit this place again. Definitely recommended for every single age.

Incredible the history of Ford! It's a huge museum with lots to see. We didn't see everything as I think it would take a few days.The old locomotives were a highlight for me, as well as the cars. The presidential cars was very cool to see.I'm not a huge fan of racing but I have to admit it was very interesting yo learn about racers as athletes and seeing some powerful racing cars over the years.Another highlight was the mathematics, airplanes, and furnishings. The doll houses were incredibly beautiful and detailed.The Walt Disney costumes were also very cool to see up close. If you love fabric and costumes, I highly recommend to see the exhibit. It is only for a short while though.The food was good, some variety of sandwiches, snack food and entree meal. The ladies who work there were wonderful, very funny, and very helpful. I really enjoyed the experience and hope to go back to see what I missed!

You can easily spend the whole day here if you’re into museums. There are two nice cafes inside so you can take a break if you want. The exhibits are well maintained, but the entry fee was expensive compared to other places similar to this museum.If you want a tour of the factory, you will need to go there on a working day.

Not a car museum, but there are cars. This is an American History museum primarily... more Smithsonian-like. I have to say it's one of the best museums I've ever visited. It really is amazing what our forefathers were able to accomplish to build America. Highly recommended. Kid friendly!

Visitor from the UK wowed by this magnificent mueseum. Great variety of exhibits, but one of my favourite sections was the history of cars of all type . There was food and drink available at a couple of locations within the museum. Staff were very helpful, and all I all a memorable day buy, I will have to come back one day to catch up on anything I may have missed . Enjoy..

This was our first Holiday Night's at the Ford. It was an amazing experience. I would highly recommend it for anyone, but dress appropriately. The fireworks are shot off near the baseball field. It was a great time.

I shared a couple pictures of my highlights of this trip. It's a pretty nice place to visit. They are lacking some restaurants or places to get some real food. I visited here about 50 years ago when I was a kid and we went to a nice Italian restaurant and had spaghetti dinner. That appears to be missing in the museum now. Their displays are awesome with a lot of history of our area and Past Times. I recommend it!

This was a really awesome place to spend the day with the family. We loved looking around at all the cars, planes, and machinery this place has on display. So much to see and do while being here; especially when you get to the race cars. We all had so much fun; kids and adults alike.I recommend buying your tickets online in advance. It was quite easy to do and saved us time once we arrived at the museum.We will need to come back to see the rest of the things we didn't get to spend as much time with.

Kids had fun! We ran into a volunteer who was on break but very cheerful and conversational. It was cool to see the museum sections.... we were there for about 3 hours and only saw 2/3s of the exhibits (at kid speed). You could spend multiple days here. We got a tip to bring lunch, so didn't eat at any of the places there. Kids favorite things were the pit stop crew hands on activity, going inside the locomotive, and seeing the barnstormer planes. Adults found the JFK limo more significant than the littles.

So much to see in the museum. It will take you half a day to read through everything and walk through all the exhibit. Even a quick walk through needs about 3 hours.You learn so much on automotive, manufacturing, American history and culture, aerospace and Glass !Love all the massive locomotive engines and massive power generator. They are just massive and beautiful. Train museum is usually outside but it was nice that Henry Ford manage to put these massive engines indoorIt is a must go stop if you are in town

An excellent museum with interesting exhibits for everyone. Far from "just a car museum," it has exhibits focused on aviation, the industrial revolution, the civil rights movement, trains, and lots more.My only regret is that we only scheduled one day to visit the museum and the Greenfield Village, whereas two days would have been the minimum in retrospect.

Beautiful time had by all. Incredible collection allowing a walk through history. The staff had interesting information and stories to share about the period and life of those during that time. We have a membership. I would suggest a day for Henry Ford Museum and a day for Greenfield Village if you're not from this area. After that, you can choose if you need additional visits.

This is certainly the go-to museum in Detroit. It showcases American innovations and progress over the century, not just car-focused. You could spend at least 2 hours in the museum alone. There’s a rotating exhibit space that brings new things in to keep it fresh for returning visitors.There’s plenty to see and do, with sections on agriculture, furniture and housing, car racing, automobile production, aviation, locomotives, and more.The village portion of the grounds can add about 5 hours to your visit so come prepared!

There was also a really cute miniature car set displayed, and a place where you could play a car simulator! Spectacular! You need a full day to enjoy and bring your jacket after Oct 31st!! The train usually closes at the end of October, but the Model T drive around the village is worth the money. They also have a bus, that's a great way to hear about the village. They have a horse-drawn carriage as well!!The factory tour is fantastic, with limited photography options, but it is well worth it.The museum is vast, and if you live here, that year pass is the way to go! Visitors take advantage of the different passes according to ride availability. You almost can't get through the museum and village unless you plan for the whole day!! A must-see for sure!

You could literally spend days here. It’s so unique and one of a kind. I came here every weekend as a kid in the 80s and it’s fascinating to see what is still here and what has changed.Even if you could care less about cars or trains or planes this place positions them in a way that integrates them into the progression of life in America and the impact that cars (good and bad) and the social and historical context surrounding that impact.I took my teenagers and thought they would be begging to leave but I had to drag them out at closing time.Just go.

This was the first time my 4 year old son was at the Ford Museum. He loves anything trains and they have the biggest ones in the world. Not my words but my sons. We also went because there was a Paw Patrol exhibit that he is very into at the moment. He had a great time exploring the activities within the area. I would say he enjoyed the time, but some of the stuff he was too young to know why it was there or the history about it.

Went to The Henry Ford Museum with my girlfriend recently. This museum is awesome! We walked through the displays for hours and enjoyed traveling back in time to see history in person. It was a fascinating visit and the exhibits are user friendly and interactive in many cases. We want to come back again and also visit Greenfield Village when it opens up in the spring! Did not expect an all round museum here! I thought it was a Ford cars showcase but here is a full innovative museum containing not just fancy cars but the history and evolution of automobile! The presidential cars is surely a highlight here, but there are more to explore! Price is 30 dollars per adult and 9 for parking. Be aware the google navigation is not the most accurate location for the ticket office and entrance. Go straight to the clock tower!

What a great museum. This is my second visit. I was able to bring my wife this trip (she’s a huge history buff). This museum has something for everyone. I’m a pilot and I collect cars so I’m obviously attracted to the car and airplane collection! Only downside was the village being closed. Guess we need to make another trip!

Great experience! It's a Ford museum, but not just about Ford. Cool display of historic cars including some rare ones. So many things to see and time just flies by when in there. Would highly recommend!

Love the museum, have been a member for years! I particularly love the new racing exhibit with the racing simulators! Today we were there looking at it as a possible wedding venue, and I have to say the staff is absolutely top notch. Easy to work with, prompt with excellent follow up! The materials on there own were a little confusing but when they laid them out it was very easy to understand/ budget. Lovett hall was absolutely breathtaking, and is currently at the top of our list!

Definitely a great place to spend the day and appreciate all the ingenuity and leadership inventing and building such renown vehicles etc. I mean just some of the machining techniques and precision applications are impressive to say the least. You can literally spend all day here, they do have food and restaurants , which is a great thing.

Stopped by just to kill some time while in the Detroit area and was blown away. This is a world class museum that does an exceptional job of displaying and interpreting the history of the Industrial Revolution and how it has affected the human experience. You will spend hours here!

The wife and I had an great time during our time in the museum. A very massive museum. It would take someone at least three days if you stopped to read every placqured that would be there on every piece of equipment. Really enjoyed the history era about everyday life and the items that was used from the 1900' to 2020. The era took me back to my days of being a kid and re-visiting that era of 1980. Again its a very informative museum.

February 2024 - came here with family and friends. We had a good time with the paw patrol exhibit. A lot to see here and listen to. They have some new things since we have last visited. Race car game and they updated that area with some other things to do. Kids loved the automobile section. They added a plume market and a restaurant inside. You can buy wine from what I heard from two mom's. They have a nice gift shop and a lot of neat things to see.

If you like pioneer villages, well let me tell you, this is the Disney World of pioneer villages! It's so big, we couldn't do it all, will have to return someday. We rode the model t and carousel and train and they were so fun. Almost all the houses were staffed with knowledgeable people to explain stuff and answer questions. We had a frozen custard and it was scrumptious. Loved the crafting demonstrations. All the employees are dressed in period clothing and are so nice. Just a fantastic place. Hope to return someday.

This was a nice piece of the Henry Ford Museum/Theme Park, it is a great place to bring your kids and enjoy a day outside. Teach your kids some great American history, eat ice cream and take them for a ride in a model T. Everyone was so nice and seems like a lot of the staff have a piece of history tied to this place. I would definitely recommend a visit here while in Detroit.

The coolest museum I’ve ever been to. I love the living history and the array of buildings they have to offer. I wish more artists were at work in the crafts district. But for $40 per person I wish it didn’t cost extra to ride the train. Worth the price? Yes. But wow it’s expensive. Make sure you schedule a full day for this park!Also it’s hard to find the ticket booth. When you enter the park, go to the building on the left. They should have a sign

Really nice place to spend a day walking around during nice weather. Lots of historical buildings that are reassembled onsite brick by brick. This includes Henry Ford's childhood house, the Wright brothers' workshop, Edgar Alan Poe's house and much more. Also got to ride around in an original working well-maintained Model-T cars with a chauffeur driving around the park, which is almost 100 years old.Really cool place to check out! The only problem may be finding parking. I'd plan on coming earlier during the day to make sure you get a spot closer to the entrance.

We have visited the village twice now and it is still amazing. Where else can you go and see the home where the Webster American Dictionary was finished, the bike shop where the first airplane was designed and built, and the laboratory where the light bulb was perfected. We splurged this year for the Christmas meal at the Eagle Tavern. I highly recommend it. It was a delicious seasonal meal with great entertainment. I'm so glad that we purchased our tickets in October. Holiday Noah's was even better than ever. We were able to to enjoy the Village all night due to the mild weather. Of course a trip is not complete without roasted chestnuts and a cup of cocoa.

Attended the Christmas event they offered. We stopped by the Mini Donut Truck inside the park. After consuming the mini donuts, I got the worst food poisoning I’ve probably had in my life. I’m assuming the donuts might have been undercooked, as they had a huge line and most likely wanted to get orders out quick. The village had a few Christmas attractions, but it felt like it wasn’t as eventful as the Halloween one per se. Overall, I would give them another chance to see the village but maybe avoid the mini donuts this time.

It was fun. I think it's a bit pricey and there wasn't much reenactment. It was good information and a good history lesson. Kids enjoyed it while being good exercise. Glass blowing was awesome.

Absolutely loved it. Total package is a little pricey and food price is pretty ridiculous but we loved it. So much history in one place. Ford purchased and relocated historic homes to those 80 acre lot. Beautiful location with Model T for hire that will give you rides around the town as well as a carousel and a steam train.

Love learning about history and it is an awesome place to learn and see what life was like back then. Henry Ford didn't want us to forget our history. My boys loved it too will definitely go back.

This place is a definite must see! I can not recommend it enough for all those history buffs out there. Most of the buildings are staffed with actors who are very knowledgeable about the history of the village and are eager to share their knowledge with you. Don’t forget to buy tickets for rides on a model t, the train, and the carrousel. Be prepared for a lot of walking. Bring strollers and wagons for the littles.

Interesting open-air history museum founded by Henry Ford with houses of famous Americans that were moved to this location. OK, that feels a little off that you take someones history and make it your own. However I really enjoyed this museum and it was really well preserved and museums inside the museums. It is really difficult to have a museum (open-air) with many houses that were actually build there.

We went for the Halloween Event and had a great time, despite a bit of "witchy weather". The kids in the family had a total blast, and the staff were fantastic. Helpful, great with kids, patient, kind. All around super enjoyable.

A really great museum in the form of an old world village. There is glass blowing, print pressing, blacksmithing, pottery and so many more shops and things to see.Highly recommended.

Greenfield Village was an amazing experience we went to Greenfield Village but also to the Henry Ford Museum I took my daughter with me who's very much into learning about history and we enjoyed ourselves. All of the exhibits in the museum where really interesting and just seeing the evolution of cars and even the art pieces it was just really a great experience. Even the area that was dealing with black history was super informative I had never seen the actual bus that Rosa Parks was arrested from (and they had that actual bus) great experience for my kids. The Greenfield Village area with people dressed in the clothes that they wore back in during those times was really cool to see the cars that they drove in we rode on the train that was powered by coal... that was a really cool experience. Seeing how certain things were made like the Pottery area or area where they made the pottery and the guide told us about how it was made and what they used to actually decorate the pottery after it's been fired and glazed. Really cool and really good information. We got to see them actually blow glass they showed the actual method in which they used to create glass sculptures and things like that. It was really hot but it was really cool to watch... great experience overall! Definitely want to come back and take nieces and nephews and my other kids with me the next time that I go.

Super cool place with lots to see and do. They're going for a period correct feel and they did a pretty good job.My only regret is only scheduling one day on our RV trip to visit Greenfield and the Henry Ford Museum. We could have easily spent a day (or more) on each one and not been bored for a second.

Can't recommend this place enough. World class museum. Outdoor activities at Greenfield Village are educational and enjoyable. It's great to visit during an off time because it's not as busy, but, Saturdays in the summer have much more interaction at the park - historical baseball games, farmers working, musicians playing, etc. I'd recommend checking the calendar of events for more! Kids play area is great.

Was a really good experience. The lights were great had a good variety. The only complaint I would have would be they had VIP areas I guess they were called, with heaters and drinking areas, that had nobody in them. But we could not use them not even to go walk underneath a patio heater to warm up for a few minutes was kind of ignorant being that it was like 20° outside and there was nobody in these spaces except for the people GUARDING them. I HOPE IT PAID OFF FOR THEM BEING AS IT LOOKED LIKE NOBODY HAD PURCHASED VIP TICKETS. There was other people mumbling about it but all in all it was a good trip to see the lights.

Great family destination! Great for all ages! There are tons of awesome exhibits. We were excited to see the polar bears but unfortunately the entire exhibit was empty. There are tons of food options (also vegetarian options) they allow coolers too! The staff was very kind & helpful answering questions. There are multiple gift shops & tons of fun things like face paintings & silly drawings for kids.

Wow, I have been to a few zoos in my lifetime but this place tops my list.Very walkable routes, easily accessible for all. Train ride helped with tired feet. Animal living quarters were phenomenally maintained and had beautiful scenery to look at, which the design allows patrons to get really up close to these majestic animals. Grounds were super clean and maintained. Staff were all helpful and pleasant. I really enjoyed the staff at the animal areas giving us great information about them. I totally recommend and would return.

We went on a very nice Spring day. What a nice place to walk around. There are lots of animals to see, some indoors due to the cooler weather. The free-range peaco*cks were a hit with our family. But the highlight was our time in the penguin complex! Just amazing to see them up close in an environment made to be like their natural habitat. Washrooms are conveniently located all around. Staff were so nice and able to answer questions. A great experience!

We went to see the wild lights for the first time. It was snowing but so much fun. Our kiddos loved it. (4&2) We were able to see a few animals that braved the snow as a bonus. The lights were amazing and our kids loved the stepping tunes the best. We enjoyed getting popcorn to takes home but due to the weather we did eat or drink there but were excited to see hot chocolate stands and other warm foods.

Love the Detroit Zoo....Always a nice time 😊. The Dinosaurs were up, which my son and I love!, and the penguin enclosure was nice and clean...the water was so clear. It was good to see the animals are being well taken care of. The Zoo itself was also clean and well maintained. We also took the train ride, which was nice, and saw a 4D movie which was awesome. I had never been to a 4 D movie...... definitely a fun experience 😃. Overall, no complaints about this visit. We had a nice time.

Lovely day today! Zoo was clean, beautifully manicured, bathrooms were clean.Brought my father in his wheelchair and the pathways and exhibits were easy to navigate.The 4D movies were excellent and had delightful surprises in the seats - see it for yourself!All personnel were courteous and helpful.A delightful surprise in the middle of the city! We were partial to the butterfly exhibit!

What a great experience! Plenty of places to sit and rest with lots of shade to cool off, misters and water refill stations located throughout the zoo. Lots to see and most of the animals were pretty active. The food was all delicious and reasonably priced. The bathrooms were pretty well kept. We never felt over crowded or like our personal space was invaded as there were wide walk ways and plenty of room to move about. We spent about 5 hours at the zoo and it was time well spent!

This is a great zoo. Me and my family went and had a great time. The line moved quickly to get in. The staff are very nice, professional, and inviting.There are many animals to see. They also have a playground where the kids can play.If you need an attraction to visit, I recommend you stop by the Detroit Zoo.

We went to see the holiday lights at night in December. The paid the basic entrance fee none of the all you can eat or add on tickets. It was beautiful and very fun. Very creative light displays, especially the under the sea section.

We bought the daytime zoo visit and night light bundle, which was well worth the price. We entered the zoo around 3 pm and saw many animals including penguins, camels, otters, tigers, chimpanzees/gorillas. We didn’t finish visiting all of the animals because of time limit. We should have been there at 2 pm, which would allow us to visit the whole zoo before closure. So please plan well and have at least 2 hours for a full zoo tour. The night lights show was also amazing and interactive. We made wishes at the giant wish tree, which was a great memory.

Reasonably priced zoo with lots to see and do in a generally busy area. We went there recently for my birthday and we had a pretty good time! Haven't been there since I was a kid, so it was nice seeing the new penguin exhibit.The enclosures here are spaced out and quite beautifully done. All the animals look happy and healthy. My favorite enclosure was the kangaroo one— it was super cool being able to go inside their habitat and walk alongside them.Despite being the off season, almost all the exhibits were open, including a few restaurants. We spent a good three and a half hours there, taking our time to walk around. There's a lot of scenic walking trails, too.Overall, definitely the nicest zoo here in Michigan! It's really well managed, and everyone that works here is very friendly.

Okay, so if you read negative reviews about this zoo, they were wrong. This park is nicely spaced out and features an open-air viewing of most exhibits. The food is on par with what you'd expect from a popular attraction. It is not the best burger you'll ever eat. It's not the worst either. The price is comparable to other parks. I have been too and cheaper, in my opinion. We spent the entire day at the zoo enjoying the various exhibits and attractions.

Go into the buildings! Look around! There's a lot of hideaways and interiors that people just kept walking by. The backside of the rhino exhibit was entirely empty and it was right beside them! Look at my pic! Zoo is very well built up and they take great care of the paths. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, willing to share without hesitation. Food staffing were great too! I'm very impressed.

Kids have fun, but the zoo seemed like it had a lot of exhibits that were closed or under construction, and there was a lack of open vendors when the zoo was aware that the large groups of schools coming that day, it was a warm day when it got xloser to noon & so the kids wanted frozen drinks but they ran out of $10 cups so they could sell them in regular cups for the same price. All in all I prepaid the ticket & parking but there are no signs to tell you where you park but the attendant asks if you bought parking. You really need 3 hours to visit the zoo nicely. Hopefully, they have all the exhibits open when & if we return again.

Got pictures with a polar bear so already 5 stars just because of that. Sharon was super helpful at the penguin exhibit. She told us many interesting facts and pointed out what each penguin was. The butterfly and bird sanctuary were nice because it felt like it was not winter. The fresh air from the plants was nice.

Highly recommend. Hadn't been to the zoo in a long time and was very impressed by the exhibits and the activity level of the animals. Had a great time. The polar bears and the penguins were the highlights. Zoo staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

What an absolutely amazing place for long walks and sightseeing. All the variety and nature wonders and exotic animals to see. Except for the beaver 🦫. I have never seen the beaver. It’s supposed to be there, but never been seen. One time i saw a couple of visitors passing by and one way saying to another: “I don’t think there is a beaver in there. They just have a sign 🪧 but no beaver in there” 😂 Hopefully one day I’ll get to see that shy one in there. Zoo is well taken care of , very clean , spacious, animals are well treated and look healthy and nicely taken care of. It’s not an easy work. But staff is doing a really great job. This is a historic place and I’m happy to be a member and enjoy it as often as possible. Highly recommend to get a membership as it’s totally worth it! And hopefully I’ll get to see that beaver one day 😊

Detroit Zoo is a world class zoo with conservation at its core. It’s open all year round, though in certain weather, some exhibits will be closed with animals viewable from indoor enclosures. Additionally, warm weather activities like the carousel, face painting, etc., as well as some of the eateries close during the winter.Table28, the zoo’s main restaurant is open year round and the prices compare to an average diner. There’s also a cafe to get coffee, espresso and tea drinks. Fun fact: Table28 was named for the opening year, 1928.There are tons of picnic areas and places to rest. You will likely see at least one of the many peaco*cks roaming free around zoo grounds. There is also a playground for younger kids.Will plan add more photos after our next visit. Don’t be like me and make sure your phone is sufficiently charged before you go. ☺️

Christmas wild lights was spectacular! Was here 5 years ago, so glad we came back, there is now a theme to the lights and I really enjoyed the ocean/sea creatures theme! Was so much fun to visit with family over the Christmas holidays. Parking was easy ($8), staff were present to guide you to a spot. It was very festive, the kids loved all the lights. There was a small interactive corner with the wishing tree, see saw, lit up train and bear for the children to hang out. Lots of little rest stops selling hot drinks and snacks to warm up in if you got too cold. There was a nice carousel in the middle so the children loved that! Overall we had a lot of fun and spent about 1.5-2hrs here!

It was only a 35 min drive from my place in Canada, so there was convenience. Parking was great and organized. Pay when you get tickets. I don’t know if we missed some, but it only took about an hour to walk through and we stopped and Waited for hot chocolate at one of the stores. The areas were clean and the ground was even and easy to walk through. The difference between our local lights and this, their displays were huge and had so many fun animals. So many children were there just loving the atmosphere.It’s rather expensive in my opinion. Parking and 2 tickets cost $81 Canadian, our local lights are free, and has local vendors selling their products and food trucks and it seems to cover a similar amount of ground, the displays are just a bit smaller at home

Cool Zoo, just make sure you go in season. Early spring, many renovations are going on and animals don’t seem to be as active. Make sure you eat first, because as expected, food is $$$$. If you get a chance to go for the Christmas lights, those are amazing.

I have visited a lot of zoos, I was so impressed. Detroit Zoo is definitely a must see! Look for the kangaroos, red pandas, or the reptile exhibit. All will wow you! We walked 4 miles, so wear your good walking shoes and bring a lunch!

Best cider and donuts I’ve ever had! The property is beautiful. There is a walking trail along the river too. There are a lot of options such as pies and other desserts. Everything is really clean too. We will definitely be back!

A great place for the family. Great maintained trails. Even though there were lot of people in the trail, it was clean. Enjoyed the warm fudge. Bought applesauce, honey, donuts, apple cider and apple crumb. Every thing was yummy. There were restrooms and large parking lot.

The new road is really useful. There is plenty of free parking love. They have a new picnic area with more seats. In the busiest season, they are super organized with many walk-in windows. I love their ice cream shed in summer and the coffee shop in autumn. Always friendly staff. Donuts are freshly made the same as the cider. My favorite is apple Turnover.

It's easy to see why Yates is rated the highest in the metro area.With a lot of things to do and eat it is a great place to spend a memorable day with friends or family.The cider and donuts are great, but at least on the weekends, they also have BBQ ribs and sandwiches (with a sweet and spice sauce to chose from), hot dogs and roasted corn (mayonnaise is optional if you like them Mexican style). Besides the donuts, they also offer warm pastries and an ample selection of fudge.If you see a long traffic line when arriving, don't stress over it, they have a fast service, many seating spots, and several parking lots next to the mill to accommodate everyone. We were there on a busy Sunday noon, and we hardly waited to get our food or find a place to sit. Lastly, they have a small farm, pony rides, and access to the Yates trail that runs along the Clinton River and connects to the Bloomer park to the North.Yates is definitely not your traditional run-of-the-mill cider (pun intended) and an excellent choice for a great summer-fall experience. We look forward to our next visit.

Visited with our youth hockey team from Florida. Such a great experience! It was busy but thankfully we were able to find parking across the street. They had adorable farm animals to see and lots of great treats to enjoy! The cider & cider donuts were so good!! I’ll definitely be back if I’m in the area again!

Very FRESH Cider and Donuts for MI Fall season! Visit every year. The trail beside it is very peace and along a creek. You can go down the water everywhere. Nice for a family warm and sweet afternoon walk.

Awesome place to visit with friends and family! Donuts and cider was fresh and tasty!They have all kind of activities for kids like pony rides and kettle farm. There are also stalls for Hotdogs and corns etc.Picnic tables are available right next to the river (by the parking) and more picnic tables are available after the corn stall.Parking is available on both sides of avon rd.Overall, a great place to spend some quality time with your family. You can also take the trail along the river, when you walk further there are stairs that you can take down to the river and take some pictures.

Great little cider mill in Rochester hills! They actually make the cider there using the water wheel, which is really cool to see! If the weather is nice expect a long wait (as seen here). This was our first time at Yates, so they gave us a free donut to try! Super nice touch, and the staff was so nice! The cider is really with next to no particulates in it like the stuff you buy at the store. The donuts are hot and fluffy.. and heat up well the next day. Yates definitely beats Blake's by a mile!!

Took some time figuring out my way around construction but once I arrived I was happy! Lots of delicious treats to choose from. I went for the sundae and cream cider slush. Now that I figured out an easier route, I'll be back again for the summer.

Excellent cider and donuts. The mill property is quite large with plenty of places to sit, eat, and explore. The area near the Clinton River is a nice spot to relax.

Tree growing right next to the wheel in a couple yrs it will cause the wall to collapse. Tree growing on side of dam which will cause it to fail. Tree growing next to thier house is going to damage thier house. House and chicken shack look like they should be condemned. They sell ice cream during the summer but stop at Labor day. But they sell it yr round at the Lake Orion store. We have days that can be very warm in October and ppl want ice cream. Lake Orion is about 30-45 min from Rochester. They apparently don't make cider at this location anymore. They removed the tram that hauled crushed apples to a dumpster. Kids loved seeing it. An older woman who works in the ice cream shop is rude, has no sense of humor, and skimps on scoops of ice cream. At $3 a scoop, they make a ton of money. A quart is about $3 on sale at the grocery store. They could do more to extend thier season by selling hot cider, hot chocolate, hot doughnuts, advertise after October, host a Christmas bazaar, open a tree lot. Maybe if they increased revenue and traffic more they could lower thier prices which would encourage people to buy more, increasing thier revenue. This place has been around for over 100 yrs, but since the new owners took over traffic is down. Sad to see it decline.

Yates was an absolute favorite of my family's when I was growing up. This place makes me feel so nostalgic! It's been years since I've been able to visit. But now that I'm living in Michigan again, I plan to go back every year.

This is my favorite and go-to cider mill in this area. The donuts are the best and they always have great cider. The staff is super friendly and very fast to keep lines moving. The pumpkin crisp is fantastic, and they sell many Michigan foods and gifts. They have a small animal pen with goats. Walking trails are well kept. They added a lot of extra parking this year as well.

They have goats!! A very nice walking trail along the river, plenty of dogs to smile at, and probably the best caramel apples I've ever had in my life!! Cider is delicious, as well as the fresh cinnamon sugar donuts!!

Wonderful place and great experience especially for families! Plenty of animals for petting and feeding. Only thing was because cider mill sits on a hill, there is no alternatives for the handicapped (wheelchair, scooter, cane, etc. )For disabled to get up hill without the chance of falling. It's too steep. So we are forced to stay down at bottom of hill and not experience the actual main attraction which is inside the cidermill.

One of the best kep metro parks. Lucky to be living within driving distance to it. 6 miles of trail around the park plus multiple Sub trails, some wooded, some paved, makes up for great walking, jogging, biking or bunking experience.

Couldn't recommend more! I'd say this beats most state parks in terms of things to do, up keep, and actual landscape. They do a great job keeping the park clean and manicured where it needs to be. Trails are maintained enough to keep ticks off the legs.

I really enjoy this park! Plenty of trails, wildlife, wildflowers and beautiful nature galore. There are 2 beautiful beaches with concession stands, restrooms and warm showers too! It's always nice to shower off after swimming, even though the water is actually really clean. The playground is huge, there are kayak, paddle board and boat rentals. Or you can bring your own boat. Check for specific size regulations. There are County Sheriffs always patrolling which is very good! I reported a toddler walking around with no parents on site and they immediately ran after him! It's a shame people litter and leave their trash behind though! I'm the crazy lady that walks around picking up trash so the animals don't eat it and choke or get sick. Overall it's a wonderful place to walk, bike, swim, play, BBQ, relax or walk your dog. Just no dogs on the beach or certain zones.

I went on the Osprey trail. Wonderful walk with shortcuts in case you get tired. Saw some turkeys and a lot of trout lily. I’ve never been disappointed coming to Stony Creek.

Staff at the golf course is super friendly.The course itself is challenging and in great shape, at least the Fairways and greens are. Teeming grounds need some TLC and pace of play was at snail pace.

Excellent Metro park. Very large equipped with almost all facilities. Beautiful scenic lake beaches, hollyball grounds, baseball, golf course, sweeming area, boating, kayaking, nice walking as well as cycling trails, many picnic shades, camping as well RV areas..icecream shop, boating deck all these and many facilities available. Restroom facilities are available across the park. One can spend entire day with families and friends.

Absolute blessing to have a place like this near home. Great running, biking, and hiking trails to enjoy. We play disc golf on both of the really well-maintained courses as well. The biggest reason I like living where we do is this park.

Great park with lots of playgrounds, you can rent a cone, rowing boat and character boats, like swans and dragons. You find a great water slide and swimming areas . Very little trash to find. Grat views sunset and even if a storm is about to come..

My Husband and I went to Detroit in July of 2021 for our 20th Year Wedding Anniversary And to my surprise woke up on the day that I was supposed to go to the museum and it had been shut down due to a flooding no one ever emailed us or warned us of this tragedy! No one ever responded to our calls we even went up to the museum there were people walking around but nobody ever responded to our needs,I was ver disappointed because this is one of the places I wanted to go and it was a surprise from my Husband! We Have Still NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM THE MUSEUM STAFF ARE BEEN REFUNDED OUR MONEY! We Flew in From Texas and Would like to be Reimbursed or Even Acknowledged!!!! Don't let the small front of the building fool you. Inside they have captured true history. Excellent tour, and thank you to the security lady outside as we arrived on a day before they opened. We returned the following day and she greeted us with a warm and friendly smile welcoming us back.

MOTOWN MUSEUMDetroit, MichiganAugust 29, 1993 - A friend and I drove my 1959 Cadillac from southern California eastbound on Route 66. After reaching the end of the route we drove on to Detroit to tour the Motown Museum. Absolutely awe inspiring to step foot into that recording studio where all of those classic tracks were born. Now all of these years later, it is so wonderful to see the expansion and renovation taking place. I have lasting memories of our visit and look forward to a return trip. Highly recommended.

**Please Note** this museum is not currently operating, it has begun renovations and for some reason the Google listing does not reflect this. **Edit: they’ve changed it to temporarily closed after I brought it to their attention. Cool. There is fencing around the museum (not shown in picture as I wanted a shot of the building and pushed my phone into the fence) and I had already gotten a ride there before realizing it is not operating tours until next year according to the sign on the door.

My bf and I have been waiting to come to the Motown Museum since he moved to Detroit in Jan 2021. Finally after a year and a half later, Motown Museum undergone some remodeling and we were able to go inside. It was $15 to go on and it was a 30 minute tour. Our tour guide was amazing. She gave us a lot of information and was enthusiastic during the whole tour. She gave us enough time to take pictures at different areas of the museum. We saw Berry Gordy’s actual apartment and saw Studio A which was a lot smaller than I thought it would be. I can’t believe that small room created such amazing music. A lot of priceless history and a must see if you are in the area.

Very, very cool museum that captures the history and essence of Motown music. Our tour guide was fantastic and super knowledgeable which made it an overall interactive and positive experience. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for something to do in the area.

Absolutely phenomenal! The amount of culture and history in this place was mind blowing. The guide did an excellent job telling us about all the history of Motown and my entire family enjoyed the experience. You are literally stepping back in time when you visit this museum. My husband was born and raised in Detroit and had never been here. He thanked me for wanting to go because he loved every second of it. Would highly recommend visiting the Motown Museum if you get the chance. There is so much history and music to absorb! A lot of the museum has been left how it was when it was a recording studio. We had a great tour guide, Tyra, who made the tour fun and informational. You can't freely walk around the museum, you need to be a part of a tour so it is recommended that you book a ticket in advance online if you can so they don't run out of spots. Make sure you give yourself extra time for parking, there is mostly street parking available.

What an amazing tour! Had the best guide! I had no idea how many incredible artists recorded at Hitsville! I feel so privileged to know and get to see where so many wonderful artists got their start and record so many amazing songs! Thank you!

We didn’t know we should have gotten our tickets in advance because there was a wait of about an hour to take the tour so we will be going back for the tour. The gift shop is very nice and we were able to grab some really nice Motown items before we left! Lots of history here and definitely will be coming back to get the full experience. All the employees there were very nice and helpful!

An excellent experience is to visit Hitsville USA and hopefully they you'll catch a good band playing while you're there. I don't know the bands name - but they showed up and showed out. I really enjoyed them, the audience started dancing on the lawn there were food/ice cream vendors available on-site. In addition, the Motown Souvenir tent had a variety of t-shirts, CD's, Keychains, jewelry and a large selection of other items to choose from. This was my highlight event while visiting Detroit.

The tour was awesome. We saw the famous Studio A where most of the iconic recordings took place. A lot of stuff in there are actual things from the 60s and 70s when Motown was at it's peak. The tour guides are very knowledgeable. It's very easy to find a parking spot. And they have plenty of photos of the label's legendary artists recording

I've always wanted to visit the Motown Museum and finally got the chance! I didn't like the fact they don't allow photos or video inside during the tour. I recommend you buy your tickets in advance or you'll be waiting a long time to get inside. Tickets sell out fast!

Well, well, well! I don't even know where to begin! But what I could say is A TIME WAS HAD!!!! If you haven't been GO! I've been wanting to go for many, many years. And I finally hopped on a plane from Chicago to Detroit. And I have absolutely no regrets I'm glad I finally did. I plan on coming back many, many times again. I learned so much from Stevie Wonder on down to Boys to men. The music and vibe make you wanna cry happy tears that's how much you feel it. The staff are really warm and welcoming. You can take all the photos you want....as you can see I did! But they do ask that you do no video recording. It was amazing that this place look exactly as it does on the movies. If you go be sure to pick up something from they gift shop as well. Until we meet again Motown 😘.

We did the Motown Museum tour today ( 4 Jan 24) and it was incredible. The tour guide was knowledgeable and courteous and the artifacts from such an important and iconic location are presented in a perfect manner. From the introductory video to the time you get to spend in the iconic recording studio, you can't help but feel like you're part of history. If you're a fan of Motown music, this is a must visit, top of the bucket list thing to do. I can't wait until the expansion is completed.

First time in Detroit and visited the Motown Museum. This was one of the highlights of the trip. Learning about the history of music legends and was fascinating! How the world was changed from this location and it’s humble beginnings. This is true black history excellence!! We are standing on the shoulders of giants. Glad we had an opportunity to visit now and looking forward to returning when the multimillion dollar renovation is completed. We purchased our tickets at the door (student, senior and military discounts offered). There is a gift shop on site and the guided tour is efficient and completed in about one hour (60 minutes). Our tour guide was very lively and engaging. I will give him 10 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The wife and I had an awesome time. Got to see and feel the history that was made during this era of time when record solos were made. I would recommend this tour to anybody who is into Motown. Very cheap, $20/person.

Incredible, once-in-a-lifetime experience. We were lucky enough to score the last four tickets on a Saturday. If you can, purchase your tickets ahead of time to ensure you secure a spot. The only way to experience the museum is through a guided tour so if you don’t have tickets, you’ll only be able to check out the gift shop. Our tour guide, Monet, was perfect. Friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and even able to crack a smile after a long day of saying the same thing over and over again. The sites and sounds alone are worth any wait you endure or any distance you travel!

You can’t go to Detroit and not to the Motown Museum! There’s really nothing like it, from the exuding creative energy, the history, and all the really informative tour guides. The tour is entertaining and you’ll leave listening to Motown in a new way. I’ll definitely be back for the expansion.

The BEST experience for a GREAT value! We went during the week so for $14.95 per adult and less per child the price is outstanding! There is SO much to do!! There is a petting zoo, two huge jumping pillows, haunted house for all ages, John Deere tractor races, tricycle races, duck races, story book house, corn maze, hay pyramids, ax throwing, oh and apple and pumpkin picking too! So much more! It was the best day we've spent since COVID hit and I can't think of one negative thing! The Cafe has the BEST Street Corn Nachos! And lots of other treats at great prices! Blake's has the not let commercialism ruin the feel of a true family farm! 100% love it!!!!

I’ve been to this place several times as a kid, but I definitely appreciate it more as an adult. I came back in the fall and did the corn maze and all the other fall activities. I happened to be in the area in the spring, and decided to swing by to see if they had any donuts and to my surprise, they had donuts, caramel apples, popcorn and tons more goodies. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that we came in time to watch them make the cider. I think they may have the best cider in the area, so it was cool to watch them make it and see how many apples it takes. The gentleman was kind enough to offer us a sample and of course we bought a gallon for the road. Nothing like freshly made cider and donuts!When I visited in the fall, there were things for all ages to participate in. Tractor rides, petting zoo, food, haunted areas, corn maze and even an area for alcoholic beverages.Not much to do outside of the fall months, but definitely come with your sweet tooth. Aside from the cider, the cinnamon sugar and powdered sugar donuts are amazing. The store on site also has lots of different items from local vendors such as apparel, different sauces, cookies even dog treats.If you’re in the area in the off-season, go get some cider and donuts and for sure check them out in the fall for all the fall activities!

Had a great night out for my birthday. Dined in an igloo. The staff was friendly and attentive. The drinks were yummy. Flights offered at very reasonable prices. Burger was average, but spinach dip and warm donut dessert were awesome!

Great place for kids to learn to skate as the rink is not real ice. It's not nearly as slippery. That being said, it's not as fun for more advanced skaters but the price is right and the staff was very friendly.

Blake’s orchard have cherry picking ( sweet and tart) very fresh , we had a great time.Strawberries were smaller in size but way sweeter than usual ones you get in Kroger or any other grocery stores.Raspberries were little too but sweet fruit.Overall great experience. I believe they are Italian owned? They have a grandma making the pizzas and the land had lots of animals, including an adorable cat. Overall, we loved the vineyard. Great experience. Oh and don’t forget the gelato inside!

Had an absolute BLAST at Blake’s Orchard & Cider Mill! Came here prior to the fall/pumpkin season and it was still packed, but there happened to be an event going on that weekend for beer so that was mainly why. My family was only interested in experiencing the farm and getting their famous apple cider donuts so thank God we didn’t have to deal with the long line of people waiting to get into the event!We ended up eating at Blake’s Tasting Room and enjoyed our experience there. My husband and I shared the nachos and my husband got a flight of their different flavored ciders. I think he tried four different ciders and really only liked one or two of them. The Apple Pie and I think Caramel apple were his faves. The nachos were a great choice to keep us satisfied until later.The farm was such a fun time for us all. We got to feed the pets they had in the barn. A mix of horses, llamas, rabbits, pigs etc. just be careful when feeding them, they will try to steal your entire cup of food! We also got to race around little tractors and my sister, her husband and his cousin ended up getting lost in the corn maze for an hour. Beware if you go into there that it may take a while to find your way out and you will get mud all over your shoes and clothing!My husband and I decided not to go into the corn maze (thank god!) and explored around the farm for a bit. It’s quite large so there’s a lot of walking involved. We also took the tractor ride that goes around the entire property and talks about Blake’s history. They offer u-pick for a bunch of different fruits, vegetables and even plants! It was very interesting the vast majority of what they have to offer.We ended the day in their general store. Of course we had to get their famous apple cider donuts and fresh apple cider! Very delicious and the donuts were warm and soft. They have a bunch of other items for purchase like bakery items, jams, apparel, and even their cider!Highly recommend visiting Blake’s Orchard & Cider Mill! It’s a fun experience for everyone!

I was a bit hesitant about the funland thing. It looks geared towards younger kids but it was so much fun for my 14yo, 11yo, and my wife and I. Petting zoo, fun games, trampoline, tractor (bicycle) races, tricycle races, and even a haunted house. Restaurant was yummy too, though a bit high on prices. Kids menu options are huge portions for cheap though and staff are all super nice. Tasting room attached to restaurant and a separate bar outside too. Great place to spend a nice weather day. We will definitely be back!!

It was a beautiful day at Blake's. This place is huge and offers a lot of fun for all ages. They have a large selection of ciders at the outside bar and in the tasting room. The outdoor beer garden area is really nice. This place is great for a Michigan fall day. The only reason I wouldn't give it five stars is because the outside bathrooms are disgusting.

I had a great time with the family. A lot of kids activities and for the adults why not have a hard cider! The prices are decent not over the top. We went on a train ride to see the apple trees blossomed.. the are getting there… it was more like a sneak peak but still gorgeous! Everybody is super friendly and of course we need to have some donuts and cider. I preferred my donuts plain but that’s up to you!

Super fun and popular event center! We visited during the lavender festival! It was busy but really fun! All of the booths were great. Blake's was super fun as well. They have so many options for food and cider! Highly recommend!

I’ve never been to Blake’s cider mill before, but I was invited by friends and I had an amazing time! I love the smell of fresh apple’s when you first walk in, and you can watch them make apple cider from scratch. They sell all sorts of homemade food like butter, jam, honey, pickles, salsa, muffins, fudge, apple cider, and seasonings. I’m pretty sure I sampled all of their juice and I decided to get the apple cherry juice, and salted caramel apple cider. There was also a festival going on and they had two tents filled with local vendors, I bought a lot of cute little knickknacks. I’m surprised there’s so many options for food, we weren’t able to dine in at the tasting room because it was so packed but there’s different areas where you can get food too. The staff were also really nice, they made sure everything was going smoothly.

Whether you’re headed out for a Christmas Tree, locally grown produce, a hay ride, cider and donuts, or fantastic dining experience, these guys have it with excellence on top. Staff is super friendly, the products are all great, and you should see it at CHRISTMAS TIME! Their lights get better every year.

Coming here for the past few years was always a nice time. However, this place has now fallen into the greed of business. There is little to do other than picking apples, walking around in the so-called activities area, paying for extremely overpriced carnival food in their restaurants and paying over inflated prices for produce and baked items. The entrance fee to the activities area (mainly for little kids) is $16 for weekdays and $20 for weekends. The farm animal petting/feeding area is ridiculous. The few animals they have are either biting or laying in areas that can't be reached or sleeping.Arriving at 3:30 pm, we unknowingly headed into the mass exodus of vehicles and were almost hit by 3 cars just trying to park. After paying $32 for entrance fees to the activities area, we walked into a ghost town swarming with bees and hornets. Less than 10 people through the entire area. There was no excitement anywhere and it was a boring 30-minute walk through this area. Only fun thing here was the tractor/train ride through the apple orchard and fields.As for the restaurants and cafes, only 2 were open and they are so overpriced for carnival food. $13 for nacho chips, $16 for chicken bites and the list goes on. The markets for produce and baked goods was just as bad. Not only did they cut the portions down, they raised the prices by $2-3, easily, since last year. $9.50 for the smallest bag of apples and it got worse from there. Apple cider $8 for half gallon, $14 for gallon. 5-inch pies for $10. $7.50 for a caramel apple with sprinkles and the apples are the smallest ones they grow. Jar pickles for $10. Jams are only $7.50 however the jars are now only 16 ounces.Never again will we come back to Blakes. It's only a major tourist trap and not worth the money paid for entrance fees, restaurants, markets.

The recent renovations and updates have been impressive. Despite a light drizzle, there was a line extending out the door when we arrived. Their cinnamon sugar donuts are the epitome of cider mill perfection, and the cider itself was absolutely delicious. Additionally, the caramel apples were remarkably fresh and tasty. Autumn isn’t complete without a trip to one of your favorite apple orchards. If your looking for a detailed list of things to do here you’ll have to read another review, lol. I am just here to vouch for Blake’s as great spot to experience your fall apple actives. The Dutch apple pie was delicious and was definitely worth the ten dollars.Cinnamon Sugar Donuts were dancing on my tastebuds delicious & what was left over tasted equally as good the next morning. This was our first time here as a couple and we really enjoyed our date.

This place is beautiful! The staff is so wonderful and friendly and helpful. You can buy tickets once you get there but if you buy them in advance, it goes faster. Elevators and stairs, bathrooms on every floor. 3 floors total. Price of tickets aren't bad either. Went to the Van Gogh exhibit, but will definitely be back to see the rest.

Good museum with a variety of collections. A variety of collections from across the world. Some areas are better represented than others in terms of history of the art from the region.Some interactive bits across the galleries for young patrons. A few more interactive moments would be nice, and would provide more talking points for groups who visit the galleries.Asia, Africa, and Hellenistic collections are good introductions to the arts. The gallery on Egypt showcases select pieces, and makes for a great introduction to the culture. Native American section represents art pieces from the south, central and north America. Residents of Wayne county have free entry on select days at the museum.

There are so many exhibits to check out. It's nice to wander in and out of rooms filled with ancient to modern items. It's a really nice collection. Make sure you have about 4 hours to see everything and grab a bite in the cafe. Lots of decent options to chose from. Parking across the street is convenient and only $7.

such a great place! The tour guides are phenomenal. The art is beautiful, the facility is beautiful, and there is so much enriching education to be had, including history! I enjoyed reading about the history here. The displays are well thought out, and there are even ways for the kids to get involved, including a "seek and find" in certain rooms.I took a public tour and it was really engaging and a wonderful way to learn about the museum, the artists, the art, and the story behind it all.I was happily surprised to find out that they have many other programs throughout the week! I am so excited to come back.

There is just so much to see. I could spend days just staring at the artwork. Mind you I am partial to art. We went and they had a car exhibit and they were so unique. Also seeing a real life van Gogh painting was really cool. I'd definitely go again. They also had art from Mexico, middle east, native Americans, Japan and Korea. I love international art so it was fun to look at everything. Also seeing a real life mummy was really cool but creepy to think there's a skeleton in there.

very cool place and nice to visit, there are so many different sections you can look at with very cool artifacts and such. we were able to get in for free. there are gift shops and places in there you can get food at. i honestly have no complaints, the place is very cool to go to, the building itself is very cool and with the addition of all the old things it makes the place amazing to visit.

Excellent customer service from Cameron at the entrance, which was the start of an amazing experience of artwork displayed from many eras and with famous artists and different cultures. We were there for a couple of hours and did not complete a fulltour. Looking forward to coming back. The museum’s store was full of many wonderful collections of jewelry, clothing, tableware, books and more. I thoroughly enjoyed the time there. Also the food was amazing from the courtyard.

What a great museum and the collection is more than great. I so didn’t expect it. First floor with African, Asian etc art with great narrative and stories. Very engaging to read. Also, I loved landscapes by American artists, 2h at the museum was not enough. Will come back! Not to mention an astonishing mural by Diego Rivera. Large museum with lots to see. The exhibits don’t flow very well, so take a map to be able to follow your path if you want to make sure you see everything. Very cool cafe inside, museum architecture itself is interesting. Weekend day was not too crowded in the afternoon which was nice. $14 for adult, $8 if you’re a student, reasonable prices.

Incredible museum! This place is huge. We came right at 9am and it was great, quiet and not a lot of people until later on. It’s beautiful here and so much to see. We spent about 3 hours and still wasn’t enough to get through the whole place. The little cafe is beautiful, great spot to grab a coffee and snack while taking a break. The history here is amazing, everything is placed beautifully and tons of information. Have to come back for a full day to really take our time and enjoy!

Fantastic art museum with friendly staff members! Upon entering, I was met by an enthusiastic staff member who explained the layout of the museum to me, and then struck by the majestic Great Hall. But the highlight lied beyond the great hall - seeing Diego Rivera's Detroit Industry Murals in person was such an awe-inspiring experience! There were staff members stationed in the area, one of whom had a great chat with me surrounding my questions about the murals.The Rivera murals was not the only reason that made the visit worthwhile - I found that the museum has quite a comprehensive art collection, not just of Western art movements from medieval to modern times, but also of non-Western art. The African and Islamic galleries were pretty good-sized, although the Egyptian gallery was a bit disappointing. It would have also been nice if the museum put more thought into the re-creations of the cultures' architecture; the current re-creations seemed half-baked with artifacts combined with modern materials.Depite that, the interior architecture of the museum was quite varied and worth seeing for an architecture enthusiast. I liked the modern designs of the stairs and Prentis Court as well as the historic-comtemporary charms of Kresge Court (which very well reflects the identity of the city!).In all, I only had 2.5 hours to spend at the museum and that was only enough for an in-depth visit to about half of the galleries. A jewel and a must-visit in the city!

One of the absolute most unique and interesting collections I have ever seen. Not many public art facilities match up to DIA. It can get crowded but the staff is willing to lend knowledge even if you aren't on your. The lady that explained the Diego Rivera mural was the highlight of the day.

I am a huge museum visitor, and this collection is by far one of the best I’ve seen in the US. Not only that, but the courtyards are stunning. I only spent about five hours here and saw maybe 1/3? I recommend visiting it over two days. Enjoy lunch or drinks in the cafe- the flatbread and summer drinks were amazing.All in all, this is one of my top places to visit recently. I highly recommend.

The museum has an amazing and diverse collection. My particular favorites were the Native American, Impressionists, and Modern exhibits. And the gift shop is a collection all by itself! Amazing! I even enjoyed the curry chicken salad at their Cafe.I didn't see everything, and I'll definitely return!

One of the highlights for sure is to see the Diego Rivera mural. This mural is enormous in size and absolutely mesmerizing. This will be my second visit here and I really enjoyed both of my visits. During this last visit I had the opportunity to see a wonderful photography exhibit by James Barnor, this series followed his work from his early days of filming in black and white to his later years of using color. I enjoyed the photos so much I bought his book. I love this museum and will continue to visit it each time I pass through Michigan. Detroit is a fabulous city with much more to offer than expected and this museum is the same. Parking is easy, staff are friendly and helpful, there is a cafeteria and a indoor cafe that feels like you are in an outdoor courtyard. There is a great gift shop, beautiful building, clean bathrooms and many exhibits of all types. Whatever type of art you are interested in they have something that will satisfy! Support the arts and this community and pay a visit here and just down the street check out the modern art museum as well.

A tremendous collection of art pieces from all over the world, covering centuries of different cultures. Very impressive and certainly a “good deal” for the cost of entry.I would knock off 0.5 stars if it were possible, simply because the layout of the rooms becomes very confusing and you may end up missing some exhibits because you almost get lost on the floors.Wish the flow was just a bit better organized…

I spent a great deal of my childhood at this museum and was very excited to bring my family. The Diego Rivera is a must but there are a great many musts, and it is very kid-friendly. They had a cozy coffee cafe in the courtyard and a lunchroom. It is still an amazing collection, impossible to see everything in a single visit, and I am looking forward to returning on our next visit to Michigan.Our visit was on the weekday. We found street parking that was good for 2 hours only. Download the app; you can renew only exactly when the 2 hours is up. Backpacks are not allowed. The front desk directed us to the FREE and secure lockers.The only downside was we had 3 interactions with security; two for being warned that we were too close to an exhibit (?) and the 3rd for leaving out of an exit door behind other patrons only to be told it wasn't an exit. A sign off to the side said "Emergency Exit". Very poorly placed. Oddly enough, I've heard this same complaint from other patrons both friends/family and on Internet reviews.

An impressive place. I heard a rumor, years ago, that the city was thinking of selling off the art in an attempt to raise cash to avoid bankruptcy. I'm very glad that didn't happen.This is a really nice museum! Three floors with exhibits from Native Americans, S. Korea, Africa, South & S.E. Asia, Egypt plus the more expected European (Italian, British & Dutch when I was there (3/21)) works. Marble busts, huge canvases, metalwork, ceramics, masks, beadwork and more.And if you live in the three counties (Macomb, Wayne & Oakland) you get in for free. The parking is $7 across the street.We (my teenage son & I) meandered thru in just over two hours, saw all three floors, but didn't linger anywhere. Kind of a "drive by" viewing experience.Guided tours and school groups were also there on the 1st day of spring.

An excellent museum for various arts and sculptures. They have arts and sculptures from all over the world spread over 3 levels. Must spend at least 3 hours to cover the entire museum. Also free for residents of some counties. Check website for details.

Free! Need to show id for tickets. They have free coat and bag check at front. So many cool exhibits. The craft room was cool and kept kids occupied for a while. Cafe is nice but closes at 3 I think so keep that in mind.

This is truly a world-class museum. In my particular area of interest, Medieval through Baroque art, the collection is equal to the best. The Dutch and American paintings have few peers. This is an encyclopedic collection, and there are excellent Native American and Asian sections, although the Egyptian and Classical collections are not a strong point. I spent three blissful days here and didn't see everything; I'll definitely be back!

The DIA is one of the true treasures of Detroit.I have been dozens of times and will continue to go every so often. The art is amazing but the architecture of the building itself is breathtaking.Entry is free for Wayne and Oakland county residents, not sure about others.It's always worth a visit, HIGHLY recommended.

Haven't been in years and while visiting Detroit decided to take my daughter for the first time, was not a disappointment. Very well run very well-managed, really really enjoyed some of the surprises of the famous painting and works of art. Definitely will be back... Oh and the Cafe in the middle of the location has improved drastically and the food was fan-freaking-tastic. To be honest I would probably go back again just for lunch even if I didn't want to get through the museum!!!

A hidden gem in Detroit. It is a wonderful museum that is well worth a visit! The building itself is beautiful, and it has some truly special and iconic art pieces by artists such as Picasso and Van Gogh.

Great movie theater with the Dolby Atmos audio set up. I saw seats that were greasy looking, real nasty had to check ours. I thought it was gross. Doors were dirty to go in and out of the theater, shiny metal shows it all fortunately. Trash was kept right at the doorway also in the way. Idk why when the movie is over just leave the doors open till the next movie starts. Just a constant touching of doors and traffic trying to go both ways damn... Bring hand sanitizer and wipes definitely, the buttons on the recliners needed major cleaning as they were covered in popcorn butter or nacho sauce idk it was not cleaned in this place at all after the movie ended, none whatsoever! And I guess you can have food delivered to your seat now..? That needs to stop, after 5 times of having people walk in front of us while watching the movie I was not happy at all. And why do they have to deliver in pairs, always two people to bring anything even a nacho c'mon! Was going to go 4 stars but after reliving that I remembered how bad it was and had to go 3, this was a few days ago. A rum and co*ke was $17 pricey but mixed well at least.

April 2022 - went here with the wife after dinner. Its been awhile since we had a chance to watch an adult movie. Theater was clean, popcorn and slushy were good. Since my last post, we are at the point you can wear them or not, your choice.September 2021 - went here with 4 girls under 10 and the wife. We had a good time. Popcorn is really good. They do sell pizza and some other food. We only got popcorn, candy and drinks. They do have a rewards program. Nice clean place. I would recommend this place. They do have a bar. My knock on this place is 2 things. 1. Is location, no restraunts within the complex. 2. I found it strange that many of the employees did not wear a mask. Most businesses that I have been in, the employees are wearing them.

Beautiful, comfortable, spacious theatre with all the modern amenities such as reclining, heated and cooled leather seats with big armrests and cupholders. Great concessions, and good deals with the membership club. Best movie theatre around, hands down, and my one and only place to go and see movies! Truly an enjoyable experience each and every time!

You have to love the heated recliners! Great theater. Ladies room was clean.I gave it four stars because they charged me $1.50 a piece to order tickets online. Why? No person is actually handling that purchase. There's no reason to charge a fee.

Great place to catch a movie. Service is also fast and friendly. They have a nice bar, offer food options that they will bring to your seat, and good popcorn! They seats are comfy and well kept. It's my favorite theater to go to lately.

Fantastic venue with large, comfortable heated/cooled leather recliners. The food and drink prices are typical with most theatres but there is a wide variety of both. The bar had at least 8 beers on tap and a full liquor bar. They also will bring your food to you at your seat which is pretty sweet. Got to see Galaxy Quest on the Wednesday Flashback Cinema.

We had a great time enjoying Casablanca. The seats are comfortable, ticket prices are good and the screens are large. Two stars because of the concessions. We had 4 large fountain drinks and a large cheddar popcorn that was bordering on stale for $38.67. I could've gone to Applebee's after the movie instead for less money. They offer 2 steak dinners with sides and appetizers for $25.00! What a rip-off.

We have been coming since it first opened, we visited today and noticed it is already in need of improvements. The carpets smell in hallways and the headrests and worn off. Perhaps a deep clean would be a great start. We love the location and would love for it to stay up to date and clean.

Really enjoyed this theater! They play classics and although movies aren't cheap anymore, it was fun! I was also able to bring in my own tumbler for pop and it was good to refill! The caramel popcorn is awesome!

Every single time I congre to this location the experience is 10 out of 10... Fast & friendly service, great attitudes from all employees I encounter, excellent atmosphere (peaceful, well-executed, grand piano & fireplace in lobby, CLEAN everywhere). Emagine Theatres truly have a corner on the market & offer the best product in their sector of the market. I never regret coming to Emagine!!

Attened open air weekend on a Sunday. Wonderful atmosphere. My kids played the games and had fun with the attendants. Enjoyed a glass of wine at one of the restaurants however they closed at 6. I thought for long weekend they may have extended hours. But overall nice evening out!

The park is bustling with visitors in the evenings and on weekends and holidays. It's can be a beautiful and peaceful spot to watch the ships or sit and read. The River Lights get more entertaining each year, and they are drawing increasing numbers of visitors to town. It's proximity to local restaurants and small businesses makes it ideal for a stroll.This is a great place to walk and run, especially with dogs!

My husband and I spent quite a few happy hours in this park last week. We had come to Amherstburg for a week and every day walked in the park, both during the day, early evening and after dinner. It is a completely smoke-free Park with multiple paved walking trails through itThere are quite a few historical plaques about the former naval yard and the War of 1812; as well as a beautiful Monument.There are two gardens there, one is a rhododendron garden and the other a hosta garden with at least 50 varieties of Hosta.It is very well lit for a nighttime stroll, has quite a few park benches and sports a westbound view of Boblo Island and some spectacular sunsets.

Nice park with some historic view and river front. Good restaurants and ice cream place around. Must visit in summer and fall. Crowded during weekend and may need to park far but its worth it.

Small but wonderful downtown waterfront park. Great place to wander, sip coffee and relax. There is a free public lot plus parking in town just steps away. Grab a snack from any of the local shops (e.g., Caffeine & Co.) to bring along. Plenty of park benches to enjoy the views, people watching, or just getting some sun.

In the summer, grab some ice cream at the nearby ice cream shop, and take a nice walk in the park. Lots of shade, or sun with ample seating. Watch boats, sunsets, whatever you like here. In the winter, the light fest is nice to go thru. It's a nice little park locals know all too well.

Navy yard park is great place to visit year around.The town has numerous events scheduled throughout the year.One of the most popular events is the River Light Winter Festival.Experience a stunning display of Christmas lights,illuminated trees and decorations throughout the park.

Great waterfront location to spend the afternoon at, or to just sit back and watch the ships go by. Also great location for the winter with the River Lights Festival .

Great park for a stroll or picnic along the water. And learn a little history along the way. Breathe some fresh air and watch the boats. I always visit this park when in town.

Awesome park by the riverfront dedicated to the Navy; there's plenty of smalls memorials and plaques, small trails within the yard. It's really well maintained, many benches, flowers, shrubs.

Navy Yard Park is a beautiful, well-kept place. It is a great place to go for a walk and get something to eat at the many restaurants nearby.

This is a great park right on the water. I remember coming her as a kid and walking around. The town has definitely maximized the usage of the park with all kinds of events throughout the year. In the winter they have the Christmas lights and in the rest of the seasons they have other events. There is a ton of history here and you can see the old canons and remains of the old buildings.There are plenty of different restaurants, ice cream shops and coffee places within walking distance of the park. If you are in the area make sure to visit this park.

Absolutely wonderful stadium!! We came here for the first time this past weekend to see the Red Hot Chili Peppers concert and it was absolutely wonderful! VERY clean, very good security, comfortable seating, very easy to find sections for seating too. Super friendly staff at all the food stands and nice fresh tasty food. By far one of the best stadiums I've been to! The concert was well put together and went wonderfully. The security check before entering was smooth and very fast and friendly. Even very easy to find parking areas all over by the stadium as well! All in all a really great experience. Highly recommend attending a concert or ball game here!

This is a beautiful park and a great baseball experience. The layout is great, beautiful Tigers at the home plate, and not a bad seat in the hose. We got to enjoy Beach night and Friday night fireworks which was a great 15 min show.+Visual effects of video board were amazing!-Audio in the stadium could be better. We could hear all of the mids/highs, but could not hear any of the bass. Need to get some better subs in the upper decks!

Great atmosphere at this park (was my. Buddies favourite of the 3 we visited this trip). Parking was cheap and easy... Leaving not so much. Food and vendor options were cool - and you could see Ford Field which was neat. Nice view from where we were sitting. Overall great time.

What a great stadium! My family and I were up from Indiana and attended our first Tigers game. Let's see where do I begin. This stadium does have a bag/purse policy. So if you plan on attending a ball game, make sure your purse is a wristlet 4 x 6. We had no issues bringing my granddaughter stroller in. It was actually a breeze going through security. The decor of Tigers 🐅 displayed in and around the ballpark was great. This ballpark is very kid friendly. My granddaughter enjoyed riding on the carousel. The 💺 were comfortable compared to some other stadiums.

Very nice park, been to over half the current MLB parks and lord knows how many of the old parks. This is a nice park. Friendly staff, not a bad seat. I got a great seat for $28. Beer, hot dogs, and Major League Baseball...what else can you ask for in America?

I have no complaints. I do, however, have a confession 🤦‍♀️. I'm not a huge baseball fan. 😬 This was my first major league baseball game. We were invited by friends so we weren't going to turn the opportunity down. I felt like the stadium was very nice, clean and a lot of food and drink options. Obviously not without draining your pockets, but that is expected at any sports venue.

The stadium is great. I will say if you are going for handicap friendly seating, try to stick to the terrace level. They are about $56 a person but put you in better seats that are more accessible.

Comerica Park is so far the best baseball field I have been to. They have so many great food options including the classics like hot dogs and sausages, along with fair food like corn dogs and elephant ears, and others like tacos, nachos, pizza, ice cream, and more. There were a lot of people there but I never felt crowded. The seats have a lot of space around them. It was a very fun and comfortable experience. Got to stay for Friday night fireworks and there was such a fun and exciting vibe as they were getting ready for a decently long show!

Decent ballpark. The tiger and baseball statues outside of the stadium and the merry-go-round inside the food area are pretty cool features. It’s always fun to go there and catch a few games.

My daughter and I went to the Tigers vs. St. Louis Cardinals games on May 1, 2024. We had a great time. It was her first professional baseball game.We walked around and saw the carousel and different statues that were there.If you buy food and drink, be prepared to spend about $100 on 2 people... plus souvenirs. I forgot my hat and had to buy a new one while I was inside. The hat was about $30. The cheapest food item I saw was $6. And that was for a bottle of water.Overall, we had an amazing time watching them play!!!

We were in town for a concert at the Masonic Temple and my husband surprised us with Tigers tickets, what a nice surprise, we had a blast even though it was a chilly/damp/windy 39° and cloudy. The fans were dedicated and enthusiastic.

Not impressed with the Kiosk system. People INSIDE were Great- people At Ticket windows, rude as can be, AS IF they're Doing You a favor getting paid to sell or accept tickets. Poor setting for concert- concrete baseball bleachers. Prices are Disgusting- 8.95 for a Hot Dog on rollers. 8$ for a 16oz water. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING AREA. Not enough restrooms, vendors, nada. We went. We enjoyed the show- from damn near the furthest row away from the stage. No Regular beer, All Craft or Light. We agreed, we don't care to go back. It was an experience we'd never had, and, neither care to go a second time. Not even for a ball game.

It's a nice ballpark and although it seats over 41000 feels like a small ball park. The park is athletically pleasing and has great team details on the facade. It's a great ballpark to visit if you are a fan of the team or just enjoy baseball in general.

Absolutely amazing MLB venue, home of the Detroit Tigers. Went to the game on Miguel Cabrera Day...jersey give away, Tiger's hat/ sunglasses swag games give aways inside the park. Great fan experience for food, drinks, and rest areas. Plus Ga great selection of team products at the D Shop.

Fantastic views of the city can take your eyes off the game at times. One of the best baseball venues in the country.Even with multiple events close by and on a weekend night plenty of parking was available with a short walk.Detroit has never been better so take in a game and spend time in the city to eat snd shop.

Great ballpark. Really loved that I could walk around the ballpark on path between lower sections and watch game while I walked to concession areas. Not as many TVs around like other parks, but was definitely a great experience sitting behind visiting bullpen.

This was my first visit to Comerica park and it was a really nice stadium. I did not explore a lot of the concessions or anything, but from what I saw there were many food and drink options.The seating was nice as it wasn't as steep as some stadiums are in terms of the layout. Nice skyline views when looking to the outfield.

1st Opening Day attended, I've lived in Michigan my whole life, I know sad, but can finally check it off my Michigan bucket list.....great atmosphere.....everyone having a fun & great time.....awesome experience....GO TIGERS!!!!

Had a great time. Food is the best out of all the sports arenas around there. The Mexican place in the food court is amazing! You can't go wrong everything good. Great service. Remember you can't take a big bag or purse with you. If you do you have to leave in car or check it in. Service employees at the shops were all so nice. Great atmosphere would definitely go again. The musicians outside of park were phenomenal!

This place is definitely an experience. It has everything from food courts, a carousel, picture opportunities and drinks. The stadium is huge! Things are nicely labeled though. Make sure you're bag isn't too big. They don't let you bring bags larger than 12".

What a fun stadium to enjoy a game at. I've never attended a concert here, but baseball is a blast.Tons of entrances make it easy to get in. Lots of food and drink options, just be ready for stadium prices. Stores to get merch and a lot of tributes to see walking around.Tons of things for the kids and the whole family including photo opportunities and rides.

Great ballpark! All the seats are decent, even in the upper levels. Concessions prices are high, but where aren’t they high? Good choices for food, though, and they do carry Pepsi products if you’re wondering. Our seats were in 314 for these photos.

Had a great family night out! The Tigers didn't win, but it was a fun game anyway! Even if you aren't that into baseball, it is a great place to go for the food, activities for the children and great atmosphere! They do have a purse/backpack and diaper bag rule now, so be aware of that. You can't bring in purses or bags over a certain size, but they do offer complimentary bag check! I gave them my bag, and they took my name and phone number and gave me a ticket to bring back to retrieve my bag after the game. You can go pick it up at any time, of course, and you have up to 30 minutes to go get it once the game is over. It was a very efficient and smooth process! In all, it was a great evening and game. The food is always great and there is always something for everyone, just make sure you bring enough money. It's by no means super expensive, but not super cheap either. You do get what you pay for by way of quantity and quality, so that is a plus! In all, I can't wait to go back!

Although, I miss the Tigers Stadium of my youth in Cork Town - taking my family (happily Californian Ex-Pats) to their first Tigers Game at Commerica Park was Fantastic!What a beautiful ballpark with great views and amenities suitable for all.A great family day to remember!Go Detroit!

This used to be my favorite place to go. But this time before it's great, it's actually uncool. We booked our tickets online, we got in, - but were not able to go to our seats. Understandable, - it was raining and the game was delayed. Everyone needed to be undercover (because of lightning and heavy rain).Once you're inside the venue you can't re-enter. Very much of a downside if you have kids. Often you forget something in the car (girlfriends or kids phone), or you need to medicate.Also smokers have to survive without smoking for several hours. (The smoking section has been permanently closed ) They will not accommodate the customer, won't create a smoking section or even let people re-enter after they like to smoke outside.We spent for 2 of us close to 1k for for just this day, including tickets, parking, food, drinks and updated fan attire - we like to support,The drinks are expensive....... You can buy for sure a 12pack for the price of one beer here, - a water bottle is half the price, impressively similar is a co*cktail .....After all, we'll not be back unless we get invited - but even then I'll warn my friends about the smoking

Went to see the Cardinals play in Detroit at Comerica Park, located in downtown Detroit. Solid park. I love a ballpark downtown. It’s a modern stadium with two iconic features… the tiger statues and the outfield fountain.Loved all the marketing using the D. I sat in the lower bowl with club access. The club was fantastic and offered elevated food for a ballpark like salads and wrap. Oh and probably my favorite thing was the Baseball Ferris Wheel.Glad I went. Cards lost. :o(

Lines to get in were long, with limited metal detectors. I do appreciate they had a few at least. The food options were minimal and everything we had was awful. Nice jersey giveaway upon entrance. Tigers lost. Fans were cool. Stadium seems small compared to some others.

Comerica Park was a pretty nice ball park. Originally from St. Louis and Busch Stadium is nowhere near as nice as this. So much room to walk around a lot of food choices. There could be a few more bathrooms but all in all a really great place to visit.

Love this restaurant. I have been there before but this was my first time since the pandemic began. Food and services both are excellent. Recently went there for my birthday dinner and our server Z was really great . All the dishes she suggested were really great. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I Thank my God for allowing my husband and I to see and live to see 40 years of marriage. We are celebrating downtown at Andiamo’s restaurant on the riverfront and our server. I went to celebrate my mom's 89th birthday. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. Mike H. Is an exceptional server and made my mom feel special. My mom isn't easy to please when it comes to dining out and enjoyed everything. The chicken on the 5 pepper pasta could stand alone on a dish by itself. Very flavorful, I didn't need to add anything additional to my dish and that's the hallmark of a great chef.

This was our second time coming here and both times Alex was our waitress and she was amazing! She’s considerate and goes out of her way to make her customers happy and comfortable. The manager personally came out to check on us as well, which shows how much he cares about his patrons. The food is incredible and cooked to perfection and Alex just topped off the evening!

It takes special skills to ruin scallops but at Andiamo they did it! The Cajun-style blackening resulted in the worst scallops I have ever had. I made some frozen scallops at Trader Joe’s m, sautéed on butter with some lemon that tasted way better than this. All I could taste from Andiamo’s scallops was the weird overwhelming “blackening” seasoning that totally ruined the natural sweet flavor of the scallops. BTW The less desirably natural flavor of the escargots were similarly drowned by a garlicky buttery tomato sauce, but I didn’t mind that! But the scallops! RIP! The chefs should rethink their approach and bring the natural flavors out of their ingredients rather than imposing some conflicting weird seasoning on them. Especially scallops, the best-tasting seafood that is really hard to screw up. Here they managed to do it. Two stars because the mushroom soup was quite tasty!

Andiamo is already my favorite restaurant, but I absolutely LOVE this location. the food is delicious, the views are extremely beautiful, and the restaurant is so cozy. our waiter, Brandon, was THEE BEST! he was so sweet and informative. highly recommend this restaurant/location for anyone looking for a comfortable upscale dining experience. I have no complaints at all.

Andiamo at the Detroit Riverfront is an Italian fine dining restaurant in the Ren Cen building. They have other locations in the suburbs as well. We’ve been to the Bloomfield Twnsp on previous travels and we were happy to see a location in the Ren Cen where we were staying.Food is very fresh, delicious and pastas are made in-house. Jordan our server was friendly and offered excellent suggestions of specialty seasonal items that weren’t on the menu.We started with the calamari that was accompanied by a homemade tomato sauce that had fresh cut basil chiffonades (mini julienne type slice strips). Our salads both house and Caesar were on chilled plates and tasted nice.We then had the seafood Alfredo. Jordan recommended to have the seafood grilled vs sautéed as it would taste amazing. It was devine! The fresh grilled scallops were huge and cooked perfectly. The shrimps had a Cajun like taste and married nicely with the creamy Alfredo. The generous sweet meat lobster tail was accompanied with warm drawn butter. We also had the Veal Milanese which was lightly breaded, tender and flavorful with roasted potatoes and green beans.We were so full and although the desert selections looked amazing, we wanted something light. I asked Jordan if they had spumoni ice cream. He didn’t disappoint! That was the best spumoni ice cream I’ve had in ages. Beautiful flecks of kirsch cherry, chocolate ribbons and other bursts of flavor was perfect.Great place for any occasion or just to treat yourself. Authentic fresh Italian flavors abound! Grazi Andiamo for a beautiful meal!

We came for our anniversary and we couldn’t have had a better experience!! Brandon was our server and he was excellent!! The food was amazing, no surprise there, but the service was out of this world! Brandon and his partner Amanda were just fabulous!!

A special event was being held the evening. We might have thought twice had we known as we had to eat in the back in a room with no windows, which was noisy. However, the food was excellent and our server made up for it. We enjoyed the pasta bolognese...and lasagna. We also had creme Brule and caramel cheesecake, both were thes best by far wr have had locally.We definitely enjoyed our meals

Jon helped us valet park ( we have a lifted truck and cannot fit in parking garages ), instructions to the restaurant were easy, D'Angelo was attentive, kind , suggestive , and positive. Our food was hot , perfect, well worth the cost. What a beautiful view , right Detroits Riverfront ! Great date night . Live music. Amazing all together and amazing service ! We will be back !

I went and sat at the bar with my friend to have Happy hour specials. The best shrimp pasta I had. The calamari appetizer was on point too, as well as the co*cktails. My friend enjoyed her lambchops as well. The bartender made delicious co*cktails and always checking on us. I didn't have a high expectations out of a restaurant in the hotel but I was wrong.

Had dinner with two business associates last night and everything was spectacular. Our servers was Talesha and she was top notch. She knows the menu, inside and out, is attentive, obervant, and brings top notch energy. To start we went with the the sausage and peppers (Peperoni Ungheresa alla Rustica) appetizer. This was absolutely amazing. The sausage and peppers were cooked perfectly and the sauce was full of flavor. I ordered the 8oz filet cooked medium which came with green beans, Italian potatoes and their signature zip sauce. The steak was cooked perfect, tender, and tasted amazing. Each of us ordered dessert, which included their season cheesecake (peanut butter and jelly), creme brule, and cannoli. Let's just say we cleaned all three plates!! Even though this place is expensive, it's definitely worth it and we will be back.

I planned my mother a 55th birthday celebration here at this location. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. Super helpful to make my mom’s day as special as possible. For larger parties, they do make you put down a deposit and you can only use one credit card per party. Everyone who came enjoyed themselves and live band was very interactive with our group. My only critique was our server. He was nice, but not very accommodating. I understand it was a busy night and we had a large party but they should allow him to take care of only one party at a time if it’s too overwhelming. He did not thoroughly explained the menu, and how the pricing work, which caused a lot of confusion but overall we figured it out, and the meal was great and experience was even better.

The scenery was beautiful. The food was great and the service was amazing. I would definitely recommend getting anything with steak. I had the steak special. It was perfectly seasoned and the zip sauce added even more flavor. I definitely recommend this restaurant for a special night out. Mike the owner and Mike the server were awesome! 10/10✨✨

We had a Christmas party here, the owner Mike was so welcoming, really nice atmosphere, great waiter, Jalen was so nice and made sure he took care of us. Food was delicious. Pictures below, totally recommend coming to Andiamo in Detroit.

Came here for our 4 year wedding anniversary and I couldn’t be happier! Heather was our waitress & she was amazing she went above and beyond for us making us feel special on our special day! Definitely recommend for a date night or any occasion really. The owner even came to our table and greeted us made sure we were well taken care of which we were. The food was the best the lobster literally melted into your taste buds! Thank you Heather for the amazing experience

We gathered for a surprise birthday party to celebrate my little sister, who was in town, visiting from LA. Our server and waiter, Brandon and Jorge, were excellent! Brandon was very knowledgeable about the menu and specials, and they were both very attentive to our large party. I had sweet sangria, shared a calamari appetizer with my niece, and the lamb chops with diced potatoes, green beans, and a side of asparagus. Great food and great service! Will definitely return!

Honestly the rooms were great. The casino was fun. The only complaint I have, was that the main check-in desk was a long walk from the tower we stayed in. There was very little signage or information given beforehand on how to check in. I ended up lugging bags from a parking garage, through a casino, up stairs, then had to retrace my route just to go back to another tower to my room. Those issues were the only ones. The rooms were very clean. Great views. Elevators always came really quick when called. Comfy bed. My girlfriend loved the heat lamp in the bathroom. The casino has a calm relaxed vibe until about 9pm when the younger crowd comes in, so depending on what you're looking for, plan accordingly. Staff at the casino were super helpful and friendly. I will absolutely come back.

really enjoyed our stay. very busy in the casino but we stayed Saturday night. Pool was excellent. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Room was large and luxurious. Had great food at Johnny Rockets and Legends sports bar.

Fantastic hotel and friendly front desk staff. Chantal was especially helpful when we were having issues with our payment cards. She fixed us up very quickly, thank you! The in-house DJ at the night club was great too! We will most definitely be back!

Went and stayed here with my sis. The room was really nice and newly updated. We stayed on the side with just adults (which was perfect). In the room we had a great view, it was clean and the check-in process with really quick. Now checking out was a different experience, the person that checked us out was kinda of rude, but overall, all it was a nice spacious clean casino. It is a mini version of the Caesars in Las Vegas. Nice restaurants and their restaurants that are walking distance restaurants.

We have stayed there twice. The place itself if beautiful. We stay for days when we go. Both times could not get room cleaned. First time they said we had to ask for it. Second time we asked they said they only clean it after 3 days. After 3 days still not cleaned. When I went to call the phone didn't work. It's really disappointing. I clean in myself both times. Had to catch a employee to get towels. I went through hopper the last time terrible view don't do that. The time before Expedia great view. The rooms are clean when you get there. And the place is really pretty.

We went to a show at the casino that our kids bought us tickets for for Christmas. Everything about it was great. We ate dinner at Spago's,went to casino for a while, then on to the show. We paid for valet parking that was so convenient and well run. The dinner was very reasonable and also the parking. We will watch for shows that we want to see and definitely book something again. Absolutely loved the whole experience.

Came here for a show at the Coluseum. Love the entry re entry if you want to go get food before a show. Guest services and security are all very helpful.Bars move fast and have a nice selection.Seats are set up nice to face the stage with 2 big screens to show the audience farther away.I recommend express parking next to the valet and very fast retrieval.Clean casino floor. A handful of food options but leave some time if you're going to a show.

I am not into gambling, but if I was, I would certainly look to go here. Very friendly and safe establishment and very clean and modern. Tons of machines and tables and best of all, you do not pay taxes on your winnings like in the USA. Love the fact that there is plenty of indoor parking and it is free.

Great clean hotel and room. Friendly staff. Casino and few great bars. Definitely, challenging parking: park and walk to the hotel to the reception on the second floor or use valet. Another minus is linked room to next door room; do not like to have that option and honestly would like to know in advance if the room is linked. Enjoyed my staff and will be back!

My family and I recently went to Casino Windsor for my cousin's 19th birthday party, and we all had a really good time! The casino had many games to play and lots of fun activities for everyone.We stayed at a nearby hotel that had a comfortable and clean room. The food at the casino's restaurant was delicious, and there was something for everyone to enjoy.Overall, Casino Windsor was the perfect place to celebrate my cousin's big day, and we all had a blast! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun place to spend a special occasion.

Rooms are clean and comfortable with modern furnishings. Nevertheless, the hotel is surrounded by casino. And casinos have little tricks to try to keep you on the gaming floor, for example, there are no maps of the premises, no pathfinding kiosks. The TVs in the rooms have a guide channel but they’ve left off programming info, they’d rather you not be watching TV. And you know they hide clocks on the game floor. Parking will fill up late on weekends. There are very few shops here, the jewelry vendor is most notable. And relatively few dining options in 2023. Still, I had a nice visit here, and will not hesitate to come back for shows and special events.

Can’t find the main entrance. The signage sucks. We checked in super late (2:30am) only to be woken up just past 9am by house keeping trying to clean our room. Knocked 3 times and I answered and she said I suppose you have a late checkout? I said when is checkout? she said 11! I said that’s in nearly 2 hours what are you talking about. She left after ruining my sleep. You need better communication with the front desk I think. I told the front desk and she didn’t seem to care. The phone in room didn’t work either. Was in charge but wouldn’t hold a charge to call downstairs so I had to use my personal device.

Booked 2 queen bedrooms on the Forum Tower (Luxury River view rooms) for the first weekend in August. Location was great since it was connected to the casino for a couple friends attending the poker tournament. Room itself was nice, large and spacious. Service level however, was disappointing. We requested rooms on high floor with nice views of the river but was assigned rooms on a low floor with a maintenance deck and a big smoke stack right outside the window blocking the view. We arrived and tried checking in just 10 minutes before 3pm (check in time) but was not allowed unless we pay an extra fee to check in 10 minutes early...doesn't make sense at all! To avoid paying this extra fee, we had to line up again after 3 pm when everyone was trying to check in at the same time. Also, when checking in, I asked if there were connecting rooms available (we booked 2 rooms) and was assured no problem and the staff confirmed we were assigned connecting rooms. Well, they were not connected at all once we arrived at the rooms. Anyway, we didn't bother to walk all the way back to Registration to clarify since we were only there for 1 night and simply accepted what was assigned. Honestly, I rather be told up front that no connecting rooms available than being reassured that they were and was assured the views are great but none of this was true when we got to our rooms. For the price paid for these luxury rooms, we expected to be better but somewhat disappointed with the service.

Visited from Detroit. Stayed on a Monday night for best price. Comfortable rooms. Was a bit of a maze to walk inside from the parking garage but when we were leaving someone tipped us that it's easier to just walk across from outside to the lobby rather than snaking thru the casino. One person in our party was 19 and had to show both his ID and US passport to security when going into the casino so make sure to have them both ready and on your person for that. Other than that our stay was a fun night and enjoyed the table games and some slots. Dinner at Legends was great too. Hope to be back soon.

Dawn Marie Johnson 4147 the Janitor made our whole entire night. She was by far the light of our entire night. She was so sweet and caring and does her job so well. She is the best. There was not a spec of dust on anything on the floor and she scrubbed the Cosmos floor with passion. I have never seen such a dedicated worker in my life. If I could promote her to Manager, I would without question. What an amazing experience, Thank you Dawn!!! :)

Stayed here while we were in town visiting friends with our your son.The rooms are beautiful and the beds are quite comfortable, we also had a panoramic view of Detroit which at night you are surprised by how nice it actually is.when we came to put our son to bed though we we’re extremely disappointed to find out they no longer offer room service, nor are you allowed alcohol in your rooms.You can go downstairs and get food and bring it back up to your rooms but not alcohol and they banned bringing alcohol from outside. So when the wife and I wanted to relax, wind down and just have a couple drinks and watch a film while our son slept we just couldn’t.The TV’s also don’t have the ability to cast or airplay from your phone so unless you want to pay their ridiculous prices for rentals you are stuck with standard cable TV which was fine 15 years ago, but not quite what you would expect from a “luxury” hotel in a suite none the less.Keep that in mind before booking or going upstairs for the evening.

Very fun place, the clubs are fun and the food / shows are good. I recommend playing digital roulette because there is no minimum bet, table is sometimes 25$ minimum.- dress nicely or they won’t let you in- bring 2 forms if ID, drivers license and health card works

Spent two nights there. The room was nicely decorated and clean. It was also very quiet and all the staffs we encountered were absolutely wonderful to us. We would recommend the hotel to anyone wishing a great place to stay. Only drawback it's proximity to the slots.

Just stayed our first night there and enjoyed it. Initially finding our way to the self-park lot was a little more challenging than expected, but I probably have to own that myself.Once we got inside the building the staff was friendly and helpful, but not all that accurate, in helping us navigate to the various places we had to go.Room was spacious, with a very large bathroom, and also had a great view of the river. On check-in we made reservations at Nero's steak house in the property. That was pretty smooth given that they were busy due to a Russell Peters show in the the building for the night in question. However, when we called Nero's to adjust the reservation we weren't showing up in their system. That lead to a few anxious moments, but they were still able to squeeze us in, in the end.Enjoyed some time in their pool area too. Spa is currently closed (still due to COVID, I believe), so that was a bit disappointing.Overall good experience though. Will return.

To be fair it deserves a 4.5 star rating taking into consideration the following. Most likely Caesar's Windsor is the nicest hotel in town. Our room was on the 20th floor and we had a nice view. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom was also nice. I should have taken more photos. The town itself has little to do so I'm happy we opted to staying at the casino hotel. The parking is free but there is a resort fee. The service in the casino itself was a little slow to get a gaming card because they needed to amalgamate the card with other properties I had visited in Vegas so that's the only negative thing that happened. Not the fault of the employees, but waiting half an hour for a card is a little much. Food at breakfast was self service but the prices were reasonable and the food was good. The staff all over the casino were nice and helpful.

Finding the valet parking for the hotel was not easy. Hint…. Its the last sign that just says valet. But check in was fast n easy. The rooms are beautiful. The walk to the elevators though … I will be having them come get my bags. I think it was because I had river view. The river view rooms are spacious. Clean with the tub n shower separate. Super windy out so we stayed on site for dinner. Lots of options.

I was denied entry Saturday morning because I had a backpack containing my breast pump. I was told I would need to leave my bag in the car and pump in the parking garage. I ended up just leaving. My understanding is that this isn’t legal seeing how it is a medical device. Is this allowed? I would like to know for next time

I would only recommend this place if you have lots of money. Don't trust online booking, you get redirected to a 3rd party that adds another service charge of $139. I then was put in the wrong tower and while moved me to a new room they added $200 more to my credit card without telling me. And because I didn't want to be further gauged by valet parking I had to park off site and carry my baggage across the street. The rooms are basically just a cleaner version of any hotel with the same plastic cups. No closet even in the room I was in. I gave the extra star only because they were able to move me while still claiming to be fully booked.

The spa is my favorite part, the indoor pool with views of the river is great! Awesome gym, sauna and private showers, they thought of everything!! Highly recommend. Great for a one night getaway to a “foreign” country lol. They also have a list of awesome shows revolving through. Also the buffet is amazing and very vegan friendly with many Mediterranean options. Easy in and out across the border.

Visited to see the Tiffany Haddish show; booked 2 nights. Check-in took over 15 minutes based on some silly tiered member program.Room was nice and updated, but a bit dusty. The view was good, however, our room had a conjoining door and we found the noise disturbing - called reception at 9:30 pm to request assistance, but the employee Chris refused to address the issue. As he stated that it was not yet 11 pm. By 1 am our neighbors were screaming profanities and asked to leave the hotel. We were woken again by 3:30 am. The hotel staff did nothing to remove these patrons, not address the noise complaint.The food at Spage was delicious and the portions were generous. We found the resort very walkable, but staff are not well trained to address questions. Their overall service was far too casual. Don't allow the valet parking to convince you that self- parking is inconvenient; it's easy and leads directly to all amenities - save the $20 per day.

Hosts do not follow through with offers/accommodations, granted they left the company before we got there. Aggressive valet experience, filed a complaint, still no resolution. What was supposed to be a great weekend visit, turned out to be just not that. Lots of people holding machines with jackets/coats, one lady had 4 machines blocked and after multiple requests, nothing was done??? Will not revisit, regret going there.....zero resolution to anything....

Two towers with rooms. Right now (early 2024) Augustus Tower is nicer. The views of the ships on the river with the Detroit skyline beyond are great. The casino itself has everything you want. My one lament is the music, which is typical of the Buffalo-Cleveland-Windsor corridor: 1970s retreads (which the locals just can't get enough of no matter how many times they hear, apparently; definitely a regional thing).Nero's steakhouse is worth getting a reservation or, if you luck out, you might score a seat at Nero's bar.Outside, taking a walk along the riverfront is a great way to get some sun and fresh air while enjoying the views.Parking is free and easy, but be prepared to walk because you have to cross the property to get to the Augustus Tower. Alternatively, the valet gives you the option of eliminating the walk (nice attendants and responsive service).

Desk assistant manager has a terrible attitude. We ended up canceling our room because she was so very rude. The hotel staff then charged our two different cards a debit card and credit card on file for the full amount. When asked about it they just said it would come back on our card. But we would be without those funds for 3-5 days is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this place and will spend my money elsewhere.

Lovely stay. Was on the 19th floor. Room is spacious, clean and modern. Plenty of towels, walk in shower was separate from the tub and there was a sitting space with a large couch. Beautiful view from the room.

We visited the casino (our first time) and had dinner at Legends.The casino is very clean and staff is very friendly.Legends food was good. Prices were reasonable. Our waiter was super nice and efficient.Edit: after looking at the reviews, I noticed the Casino only seems to respond to positive reviews and does not address the poor reviews. It's seems the biggest complaint is the check-in desk and housekeeping. I'm wondering if our planned return visit for a night may be a mistake. 🤔

If you're looking for some fun in Windsor, Caesars is a must stop. The casino floor is clean and spacious with hundreds of slot machines and plenty of table games to chose from. The Colosseum event space is also great, we saw Bad Friends and it was hilarious. Highly recommend stopping in at Ariius nightclub as well.

Beautiful casino. Clean, stylish rooms. We actually had an accessible room (we didn’t know until we entered the room) and it was very spacious and had a walk in shower and a bathtub. We did not have a view, we where given an option, but we decided on a no view. No big deal to us.The only complaint I have is that we entered the casino/hotel enter an e through the parking garage with suitcases, bags etc and we had to walk too far as in threw the casino up an escalator to get to the check out. Then back all the way through again. No big deal but luggage carts or something should be offered. Our bags were heavy and I can only imagine elderly people having to do the same.But we are very happy with our stay and we decided to come back in a months time.

I can tell you that this casino has zero respect for their players. They don’t care how much money or trine you spend in their establishment. We are regular players (seven star) and even though we spend more time there than their staff, we get treated very poorly. I highly recommend going anywhere else, Detroit is minutes away… And they have 3 casinos that treat their players so much better!!! So steer clear of Caesars Windsor, and go elsewhere!!! Also found a dirty fork with cake icing on it in our room, next to the bed. Gross,
