A: Yes! The “Yellow” Pilot Fleet Card is now a part of the Axle Fuel Card™ Program. Your existing Pilot Fleet Card is still active and receives the same benefits as the “Blue” Axle Fuel Card™. You can also still login to the customer portal located here with your “Yellow” Pilot Fleet Card. Q: How do I add my Axle Fuel Card to the myRewards Plus app?

Q: Can I use my Axle Fuel Card™ to add funds to Pay in the app?
A: The Axle Fuel Card™ cannot currently be used to add funds to Pay in the myRewards Plus app. Axle can, however, be used to activate Mobile Fueling. The Axle Fuel Card™ cannot be used to make Prime Parking and Shower Reservations within the app or the website at this time. However, myRewards points earned by fueling with Axle can be redeemed to make Prime Parking and Shower Reservations, as well as purchase food, beverages, and select in-store items. Fuel cannot be redeemed with myRewards points at this time.
Q: Do I get any loyalty benefits with the Axle Fuel Card?
A: The Axle Fuel Card is actually the fastest way to earn myRewards Points With every commercial diesel fuel purchase, you'll earn 1 additional point per gallon every time you fuel with your Axle card at a Pilot or Flying J location. Additionally, you’ll earn 2 myRewards points per gallon when you fuel at a One9 Fuel Network location. If you activate Push For Points in the myRewards Plus app, you could also earn up to an additional 4 points per gallon after six qualifying fills! Q: What can I redeem with the myRewards points I've earned through my Axle Fuel Card?
A: At this time, you can only use the Axle Fuel Card for fuel related purchases (such as fuel, DEF, and more) but not for in-store items. However, your myRewards Points can be redeemed for items in store including but not limited to, hot beverages, fountain drinks, truck maintenance items, Bluetooth headsets, CB radios and more! MyRewards Points and awards are not redeemable for fuel, beer, alcohol, tobacco products, e-cigarettes, gratuities, cash or cash equivalents, gift cards, Western Union transactions, Pegasus transactions, prepaid cards, lottery tickets, scale fees, or casino credits.
Q: What fuel types are available with Axle Fuel Card accounts?
A: The Axle Fuel Card is available for commercial accounts including diesel and mixed fuel fleets. Mixed fuel fleets are defined as diesel and gasoline fuel types. Unfortunately gasoline only fuel accounts are not eligible for approval.
Q: If I suspect fraud, or have a question on suspicious account activity, what should I do?
A: If you know of or suspect the loss or theft of your Axle Fuel Card or suspect unauthorized use of your account, you should immediately notify Pilot Flying J by calling 865-588-7487, emailing Fraud.Prevention@pilottravelcenters.com or contacting your sales representative.
To help prevent fraudulent account activity, we offer several security features on your Axle Fuel Card including, but not limited to, secure prompts, product restrictions, daily limits, and location management/restrictions. We also suggest using our mobile fueling feature in the myRewards Plus app to help reduce the chance of pump “skimmer” fraud. Although we prioritize protecting your fuel card and account, we suggest enabling all available card and account security features provided through the Customer Portal (located here) and frequently monitoring your account activity in your financial statements.
