If I could give this place zero stars I would. I had multiple issues with my nail tech and voiced my concerns to him and the manager. I told them, after I was argued with saying I was in the wrong, that I wanted to full refund. I had the owner call me and he as well argued with me. I was never awarded my full refund. I was cut in multiple places on my nails and my toes have extra skin and cuticles that needed to be clipped off. Take your business elsewhere and save your money so you don’t get infected nails like me.

Ask for Nancy! My second time coming here and she is the best nail tech ever; she really cares about making your hands look nice and the outcome being what you asked for. I’d go with her every time.

We recently moved to Nocatee and wanted to support local business, we have been really impressed with everything in the Nocatee Town Center. When walked in and were seated right away, which was nice, but it didn’t give us time to look around. I quickly noticed how dirty everything was. I mean, The countertops and every piece of equipment looked like it had never been cleaned. Really unbelievable. Piles of things in dirty bins. The girl doing my nails wiped my finger with a torn off portion of a used paper towel, I’m not joking it even had writing on it, and had been stuffed into the top of a paper towel roll, I asked her to use a new one. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. They were reusing towels and nothing looked sanitized.

The experience I have had with this salon is great although I have only had my nails done with Helen. She is great. She takes her time, very detailed and does her best to accommodate your requests. I have had no issues with making appointments or with a bad nail job. I have tried other nail places in the Ponte Vedra and Jax area, and this is by far the best nail job I have had.
